Hotel berhampiran Dajing Gate, Zhangjiakou

Sarapan... ok tak ramai orang Wellness...bagus, terdapat sedikit orang di kolam renang, dan tuala mandi boleh dibawa masuk ke dalam bilik. Suhu air tidak tinggi Peringatan ke hotel... Selepas makan malam, saya mengambil gambar di lobi dan melihat sekumpulan jaket kulit. Sesetengah orang menyalakan rokok mereka secara semula jadi di lobi. Saya rasa ini sangat penting. Sekiranya lobi diuruskan dengan lebih baik. Bufet makan malam...Harga asal untuk tetamu dalaman adalah lebih sedikit daripada 6% diskaun, kira-kira 150 seorang. Harganya tidaklah mahal Penginapan... Lapan mata, satu mata dipotong untuk perkhidmatan dan tempat letak kereta. Perkhidmatan ini tidak sebaik perkhidmatan pengurusan antara benua. Satu mata ditolak pada tilam. Tilam tebal dan lembut. Dah lama tak sentuh lembut macam ni. Ia tidak begitu selesa untuk berbaring. Lagipun, ada lagi tikar sawit selain lateks. Ia agak memenatkan selepas bermalam. Lain okay …Peringatan…Pengurusan tempat letak kereta tidak disediakan. Lebih-lebih lagi, pintu masuk ruang bawah tanah dan bangunan pejabat pasar raya dikongsi. Apatah lagi pengenalan bawah tanah tidak jelas. Kerana masih dalam tempoh wabak, hanya pintu lif No 14 sahaja yang dibuka. Anda mesti pergi sekitar ruang bawah tanah. Lebih banyak notis boleh disiarkan, yang lebih mudah bagi mereka yang tidak biasa dengannya. Tempat letak kereta di atas tanah tidak dibenarkan, dan akan ada tetamu yang sukar diletakkan di setiap sudut, jadi pengurusan hanya boleh ditujukan kepada tetamu kami yang kurang patuh.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

在經歷兩次攜程預訂房退房後找到了這家酒店，應該是在新城區，周邊環境都很新，B座應當是剛剛裝修好，室內局部有裝修殘留痕跡，第一個房間存在二樓漏水的現象，反應之後進行了換房處理，並在退房後贈送了小禮物表達歉意 在希岸辦完入住房間廁所味沖天，我一個很無所謂的糙漢都快吐出來。又在西環附近的喆啡預訂了房間，現場一看是駿怡改的招牌，房間內局部都已經發黴，電梯裏都是臭腳味。 回想這些更感覺此次入住感受極好。但是更換的房間沒有電視，座機電話，牙具，床頭展示櫃的燈語音控制沒有標識，很**的操作還要跑去前台問，感受略有拉低

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

這一夜是非常開心的，打車路過覺得門頭大氣燈光明亮就進來了，訂房時前台小哥給免費升房，但由於上一檔房型無房了，直接給我升了行政套房，這整整比我預訂的房型貴岀一倍不止。當然其他服務也沒得説，前台，禮賓，餐飲，保潔各條線服務熱情細緻到位。房間裝修品質較高，設施完善，打掃很乾凈。酒店餐飲品種豐富多樣，味道也不錯。總之張家口以後來了就住他家了！（請忽略照片質量😂）

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

先説好的： 1，性價比高。一晚含雙雪票雙早，出門即雪場，不到一千，價格很好了。 2，餐館超市都近，租雪具也方便人不多 再説不足：（都是通過服務可以改進的） 1，訂了兩間房（一間大床房一間雙床房）辦入住告知沒有雙床房讓過幾小時再看，因為沒一直等滑雪去了，結果到晚上問都沒有，衹能要大床房了。我問平日人不多為啥沒有？被告知週末退房多，打掃不過來…無語😓 2，每房每天送4瓶水，入住當天房間衹有兩瓶，電話讓送水，被告知可以送但要收費。我説補的兩瓶不該收費，他説肯定放的是4瓶。那就是我説謊嘍，真心差評。 3，自駕去的，四個人有三個人帶雪具，雪鞋雪板頭盔雪仗，還有衣服，行李很多全是小包。我們在16樓，好遠！有一輛電瓶車可以幫忙運但要看運氣能不能碰到。從地庫也能去房間，不過要先坐19樓的電梯，在B1換16樓電梯去房間。所以千萬別住16樓樓！！大廳在8號樓，離那越近越方便。

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

We stayed again for the second time this year. Location is down the road from the ski resort. This time we found out the shuttle bus system. The shuttle schedule can be found at the counter in the reception. The breakfast in the basement is pretty good. Chinese food but no coffee so this time I brought my own.
