Staying at the Homai Hotel for my trip was a great choice. Its location is excellent – very quiet, yet super convenient for exploring the town. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Opening the window offered a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was handled efficiently. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, perfect for a relaxing getaway or escaping the summer heat. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Thaiwoo!

The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. It had a nice view from the window. There aren't any restaurants nearby, and the location is a bit far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort, so it's best suited for those traveling by car.

I booked this hotel for my solo ski trip, and I can honestly say I'm extremely satisfied! First off, it's true ski-in/ski-out. Lift 5 is right outside the front desk, perfect for heading straight to the park or Lift 6. You can ski right down to the gear hall where you'll find food and bubble tea. From the room's balcony, you have a direct view of the slopes, which is great for watching others ski. Plus, parking is super easy. The room itself is fully equipped with everything you need, even coffee! Seriously, high praise! It's better than many hotels that cost hundreds more. Highly recommend.

Every year when I come to Genting for skiing, I stay here. The pros are that it's ski-in/ski-out, and the apartment allows you to bring your own pots and ingredients to cook, and you can bring your dog. The downside is that dining options at Genting World are inconvenient, with only simple fast food. However, if you have a car, it's very convenient to go wherever you want to eat.

We set off on Friday night and arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. The lovely ladies, Song Pingping and Cui Wenbin, patiently introduced us to the ski resort and ski rental options. The room was great – clean and hygienic, with a balcony that offered a direct view of the ski slopes. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, just lovely~

The loft on the first floor offers a beautiful view, and the ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. Xiao Song at the front desk was very attentive and thorough with her service, and she's also very lovely.

I saw the pictures on Trip.com and they looked great, but I wasn't sure what the real situation would be like. After staying for one night, I can say it was totally worth it and I highly recommend it! The room was neat and clean, and it had a full range of appliances including a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and humidifier. I arrived late at night, but they had a shuttle service to pick me up. They also offer a ski pass service where you can book passes through them. The staff provided good service.

For a ski trip to Genting, I highly recommend staying at Genting Residences. You can literally ski in and out of the resort, which is incredibly convenient. After a short ski, you're right at the cable car, saving you a lot of hassle with driving or walking – a huge time-saver! Just a little further down, you'll find the Genting Ski Resort lobby and the Genting Grand Hotel, making dining and shopping super easy. When you're tired from skiing, coming back and relaxing on the balcony in the sun is just pure bliss. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the underfloor heating is wonderfully comfortable. Having stayed in at least a dozen ski-in/ski-out hotels, Genting Residences is my absolute top pick. This is the kind of quality accommodation every skier deserves.

This hotel truly offers ski-in/ski-out access! You can literally step out onto the terrace and ski straight onto the slopes. It's so convenient to pop back into your room to rest whenever you want, without having to carry your skis around. It saved us so much energy, it was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, though the sofa looked a bit worn with some stains that could be improved. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Facilities: The room was very warm, and it even had air conditioning with heating, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a washing machine, and a refrigerator – everything you could need for an extended stay at the ski resort. Environment: Ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient. You're right on the ski slope as soon as you step out. It's a 2-minute walk up or a 2-minute slide down to the chairlift, which takes you up the mountain. View: Outside the window is a small sports park. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the kids ski!

I come to Chongli every week and have stayed in hotels around various ski resorts, or ski-in/ski-out hotels directly on the slopes. This one was the worst experience. First, the positives: the ski-in/ski-out access right by the piste is very convenient, and the snow view from the balcony, day or night, is truly beautiful. The hotel facilities are decent and have everything you'd expect, but the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. The washing machine and table were askew, not neatly arranged, and the bathroom door and the two toilet doors overlapped, making it inconvenient to enter and exit – a very unreasonable design. All of this would actually be okay, but what I found most unacceptable was the very lackadaisical and impolite front desk staff. The shuttle driver clearly saw my luggage but completely ignored it and didn't offer to help until I called out. Most hotels are pretty much the same, but the main issue here is that the staff completely lack any service sense, as if they haven't been trained at all. I had to take the shuttle myself for anything I needed. I don't mind taking it, but there was no problem-solving attitude whatsoever.

The hotel is ski-in/ski-out, but it's definitely better to have a car! The public transportation isn't very convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, with direct ski-out access. However, guests need to walk some distance from the check-in area to the room. There are no shops nearby; the nearest one is about 2.5 km away and requires driving. The rooms are warm and equipped with basic necessities. There is a closet and a few hangers, but there is clearly not enough space or equipment to dry ski clothes after skiing. The staff was polite, and check-in was allowed one hour earlier, which is appreciated. The room cleanliness was below expectations. While the bed and towels were clean, there was a lot of long black hair on the floor and debris between the sofa cushions. Towels were not changed for two days, and no wet cleaning was done during this period. The hotel is in the mid-price category and is relatively affordable for a stay of several days, but housekeeping and room maintenance need improvement.
