Ulasan YUN-ZEN JINLING CUIYUNSHAN HOTEL CHONGLI

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Very good value place to stay

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues. My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient. Breakfast spread is good too with international spread. The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too. This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights and our room was ready upon arrival the morning. We had a up graded room which the balcony faces the ski mountain! Excellent service by Jason Wen from the start of our stay to the end. He make sure that our family were well taken care of during the 3 days. One of the best service here and I will never hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends. On our last day, Jason drove us to the railway station as we had 4 luggages & 2 kids in toll. Everything here in this hotel was great. Once again, I would like to thank Jason Wen for going extra miles for us.

設施：設施齊全，浴缸跟頂噴都很舒服，滑完雪泡個澡全身通暢，房間裏也配備了加濕器，就是雙人間的浴缸格擋也是透明的，這一點不太好 衞生：看起來都很乾凈 環境：陽台的視野很好，出門就是雪場，交通也非常方便，充電樁多 總體來説都很棒，後續還會再來

給主動升級到了套房，房間較大。 衞生尚需提高，房間地面有灰，枱面上也有些許灰塵。 小童泳池水温只有24°，如果我們不去，服務人員也不知道，而且需要一天才能修好，自然也沒用上。 泳池浴室不乾淨，有圖，毛巾上也有污漬。 餐廳服務生意識不太高。

又是一年的滑雪季，我們一家又再次選擇了雲臻金陵酒店，入住前銷售部周紅經理提前聯繫我加微信詢問我的需求，開車可以免費停車，週中來人少滑雪場人也少。我們這次開始定了35平的親子房，但是入住進去感覺房間很暗，跟我去年的體驗感相差好多，就聯繫銷售部周紅經理問是否能換房間，周紅經理人特別特別好，直接給我們升級到了去年住的大親子房，不管是房間温度還是亮度都提高了一個層次，我太滿意了。我們住了四天，每天早餐也特別豐富，因為有周紅經理的幫助這次孩子安心去滑雪，我和孩子爸爸可以舒服在房間裏休息和辦公。周圍吃飯的地方都不錯，也可以去皇冠的彩豐小館吃。這次體驗感跟去年一樣好，下次還想來住金陵

又到滑雪季 終於錯開了時間 來崇禮6天 雲瑧金陵真的很好 離富龍 萬龍都很近 尤其樓下就是翠雲山銀河雪場 適合新手和小朋友 作為一個五星酒店 性價比很高（大家如果想看雪場的景色 記得選擇山景房）

已經是第四次入住了，房間非常好，很大很乾凈，停車場也可以直接進入酒店；酒店後方就是翠雲山，可直接通過酒店進入，很方便，很適合週末來崇禮玩的家庭和情侶。唯一問題就是地庫面積較小，且車位很窄，最後爬後備箱進去的。。。。

酒店離崇禮站很近，有接駁巴士，幾分鐘就可以到達酒店，酒店房間很大，酒店是可以滑雪進出的，很方便來滑雪的各路人士，對小朋友非常友好，雪道對於初學者很是完美，酒店樓下就是一家東北餐廳，有各種燒烤和煲仔菜，總體感覺很不錯👍

崇禮高鐵站下車後有shuttle bus去酒店 酒店免費幫我升級為套房 很大 很乾淨 酒店自助早餐好吃 款式也多 不喜歡還有其他餐廳可以選擇 酒店旁邊就是銀河滑雪場 還有夜場 搭車去富龍滑雪場也很近 酒店還有滑雪用具可以租 前台有禮貌 但有時候會分心 沒發現客人站在那 唯一缺點是離開的時候自己要預時間搭shuttle bus(貌似酒店沒有車 要自己去車站）去高鐵站 不然打滴滴也很近
