酒店裝修非常有本地葯都特色，整個入住過程愉快的且放心，前廳小張服務熱情周到，房間的佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊住，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

沒想到這麼小的地方有國際連鎖，房間很大很舒服，服務很好，酒店大堂副理小朱提前聯繫接待並升級了房型，非常感謝，唯一不足是自助早餐出品一般，1.1米小童就要收費被驚呆，1.4米小童要補全價，關鍵是不好吃啊，忽略餐飲部分酒店總體還是可以的，BTW酒店房間已備文房四寶隨地可以雞娃

還沒到酒店就接到了小盧姑娘熱情的服務電話，陪我辦完手續後，又給我房間送了水果，非常貼心周到的服務，房間設施齊全舒適整潔衞生齊全，絕對五星標準，價格真的太親民了，點贊👍

衝著温德姆品牌去的，但遇到被區別對待，碰巧與另外一個客人一起辦入住手續，他被免費升級房間，我沒有。原本訂單是園景房，但被安排到看不到園景的房間。可能廣州人傳統衣着比較隨便，我也問了接待我的服務員，酒店是否有洗衣房，她可能覺得我不配住五星級酒店吧。總之心裏彆扭，感覺服務員培訓不到位。所以到武功山沒住温德姆。
