Ulasan Yitel Zhishang Hotel (Zhangye West Railway Station Bell and Drum Tower Branch)

Reception staff are friendly and courteous. Staff able to provide information and guidance to place of interest. It's just 15 minutes walk to Ming Ching Night Market and shopping mall. Free flow of coffee and Chinese tea for guests at reception area. We will stay at this hotel in our next visit to Zhangye, Gansu, China.

The reception staff were very nice. They are all very helpful. The housekeeping needs to improve.

Best hotel experience in my trip in China! The staff are extremely friendly and do their best to meet the needs of the guests. The rooms are clean and tidy. As a non-smoker, I would suggest installing air fresheners in the rooms to neutralize the smell of cigarettes. I will definitely return to this hotel again when I have the chance. I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel is located in the downtown. There are many shops and restaurant nearby. The room is new , clean and well designed. The staff are friendly. We got the room with the city view.

Good hotel, nice room with great bathroom. Good central location with secure parking. Right next to the drum and bell tower, good hotel for international travellers. Nice big windows and also an air purifier in the room for the dry weather.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very central, which is convenient. Best of all the staff are great, especially Wang, who was very helpful, friendly and professional. She always replied very promptly and organised a car and driver to transport us to the train station and to visit all the sights

Best hotel experience in China. 1. The room is modern, new and clean. 2. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers, free of charge. 3. Breakfast has good variety of vegetables and fruits, the wonton soup is good. 4. The location is convenient. Lots of shops around, near a sort-of-night market where are many local restaurants. We tried a pretty good hotpot restaurant there. Cheap and delicious. 5. HIGHTLIGHT: hotel staff are the best we ever met. They are so welcoming and helpful. Communication is a bit difficult at first because of language barrier but with translation apps, problem is solved. They helped us contact a driver (with pretty good price) and advised us on the itinerary because of the weather. They greeted us warmly everytime we left or returned to the hotel or in the lift. Very charming. Highly highly recommend this hotel

Room didn’t have a real window, instead there was a brightly illuminated frame with plants and covered by a curtain, nicely done. Overall good and well managed hotel!

在張掖的幾天都住在這裏，房間整潔舒適，鼓樓邊上，非常方便。大佛寺，甘州博物館就在附近，吃飯出行非常便捷，服務員很耐心，有問必答，這樣的酒店讓人在旅途中非常安心，以後來張掖還是會選這裏。到張掖高鐵西站很近，木塔寺，大佛寺，西來寺，博物館，靖遠樓都是走走就到。 設施：齊全 衞生：非常棒

設施：1大床的邊緣會塌，床架比床墊窄2淋浴房屋頂漏水長黴，乳膠漆脱落3洗澡水忽冷忽熱，給孩子燙的哇哇叫，去幫孩子洗，給自己也燙的哇哇叫，然後打電話給前台，人家説水壓不夠，直接水龍頭調到熱水最左邊就不燙了。 服務：進大廳會主動打招呼，第一印象服務不錯。但半夜就炸裂了！來西北自駕旅途本身就很累早早的休息了，半夜快12點居然機器人打電話喊開門送外賣，拿進房間問老公點奶茶幹嘛，他懵了説沒點，核對了外賣單是我們的房號，盲猜哪個點外賣錯房號，非常太生氣，手機號隱藏了不然肯定打電話給這**罵一頓，放在門外我們就繼續睡了。更無語的事來了，12.30前台打電話來問有沒有拿某某房間的外賣？！已經是凌晨了！你值班沒睡覺，我們不需要睡覺的嗎？？人家外賣丟了自己找啊或者找外賣員呀，關你前台什麼事？？還真就直接打電話來！！接二連三的給我們喊醒了，真是活久見了！！難不成我還要半夜三更的給那個半夜點奶茶的把送錯的奶茶送前台去？？我欠你錢還是怎麼滴啊？？
