"We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel receptionist (special mention to Thien Lee) assisted us with many things during our stay as language can be a barrier here, including organising a tour for us which ended up being cheaper than hiring DiDi, plus we get to see two sites than the original intended one attraction site only. We're very thankful for that The hotel also provided breakfast and we were served well. Man Ronghua (waitress) accomodated all our food request as we can only have halal food. The ala carte food served was also very delicious. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely return again"

"Let me summarize first. It was a very good experience to travel to the Northwest! It has folk characteristics, and the bed is a big kang in the northwest. You can order food and eat it on the bed in the room. The facilities are also complete. The hotel's location is incredible, right in the heart of the city, offering convenient transportation, whether it's to scenic spots or the shopping district, with taxis or buses easily accessible. There are also several local restaurants hidden nearby, so when you're tired of shopping, you can just walk downstairs to enjoy authentic local cuisine. It's a one-stop shop for dining, drinking, and entertainment, saving you the hassle of traveling far. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff was warm and professional. They handled check-in quickly, offered hot tea, and provided maps with recommendations for nearby attractions. At night, I requested two extra towels, but I just called the housekeeper, who delivered them to my door in less than five minutes. Their gentle tone was incredibly warm, and every detail was filled with warmth. The room was even more amazing: spacious and bright, with a warm and stylish decor. The bedding was soft, and the mattress was just the right firmness. A day's fatigue melted away, and I slept soundly for two nights. Cleanliness was impeccable; the countertops and bathroom tiles were spotless. The bathroom even had a smart toilet and high-end toiletries, making it incredibly reassuring. The breakfast was incredibly varied, with a full table of Chinese and Western dishes. The Chinese congee and steamed buns were authentic and heartwarming, while the Western bread and coffee were fresh and delicious, and the freshly squeezed juices were refreshing and refreshing. Dining in the elegant restaurant lifted my mood. The gym also had new equipment and a comprehensive selection, perfect for daily exercise needs. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. "I seems there is so many fake reviews. But I must say this experience was really top class. It's fairly newly renovated. Right across from the train station. Great Chinese style breakfast. Although limited English they did everything to help me find a driver and guide for our trip. The room was really clean and modern. Thanks to the team."

"The villa-style hotel environment is very good, the attitude of the service staff is also very modest, here is close to the lake, there are lakes and mountains, tree-lined trails. It’s the best choice to get up in the morning and go for a walk at night. "A warm hotel. The lobby and room service staff are all very welcoming and are trained in accordance with the service standards of a five-star hotel. The room is large, with welcome fruit snacks and hot milk. Bottles of Qiyi Glacier mineral water are provided in the corridor, which can be taken at any time. "We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again."

"A friend recommended this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this."
