Hotel berhampiran Shilixiang Grain Shop Zhayoufang, Zhangye

Best hotel experience in China. 1. The room is modern, new and clean. 2. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers, free of charge. 3. Breakfast has good variety of vegetables and fruits, the wonton soup is good. 4. The location is convenient. Lots of shops around, near a sort-of-night market where are many local restaurants. We tried a pretty good hotpot restaurant there. Cheap and delicious. 5. HIGHTLIGHT: hotel staff are the best we ever met. They are so welcoming and helpful. Communication is a bit difficult at first because of language barrier but with translation apps, problem is solved. They helped us contact a driver (with pretty good price) and advised us on the itinerary because of the weather. They greeted us warmly everytime we left or returned to the hotel or in the lift. Very charming. Highly highly recommend this hotel

A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

這個酒店，毫不誇張的説，絕對是張掖綜合條件最好的酒店。因為這一家歡朋酒店是新開的，攜程上評分也不多，估計也沒有找攜程置頂推薦。我是完全衝著喜來登的牌子來的，結果果然不失望。豪華大氣，高級，贈的水果新鮮且種類豐富，一家人住個套房，很合適。所以出行還是要選大品牌連鎖酒店才靠譜。

設施：酒店🏨設施特別齊全，餐廳，洗衣房都有，酒店走廊都是地域文化特色，能讓人對張掖的景點有個大致的瞭解。 衞生：乾淨，衞生很好，也沒有異味兒，走廊都是地毯，也特別乾淨。 環境：位於高鐵🚅門口，晚上特別安靜🤫，停車方便還免費，進出市區特別方便，不會擁擠。 服務：早餐除了自助之外，還🈶途客一碗麪🍜，特別好吃！

很少主動評論，都是自動好評的。但這家酒店真的不給好評都説不過去，從住宿環境到工作人員的服務態度，真的是5星級的就享受。每一個人都很熱情，送機還準備了眼罩和濕紙巾。兩個經理還親自送機，真的貼心了。給💯分。以後有機會再來張掖絕對是首選。原張掖和璞悦都越來越好。

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It is very closed to the Zhangye West station. The breakfast buffet was OK, room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed renting a shared bike in front of the hotel and rode it around town. Zhangye is a pedestrians and bicyclists friendly city. The National Wetland Park is worth visiting using a shared bike.

酒店離高鐵站不遠，後面有停車場，對自駕友好，出門就是一條商業街，吃的買的都有，特別是出門右手邊的擺府，連吃三天不厭。 酒店和維也納在一起，大堂相連，衹是樓層不同，服務人員都不錯，房間很大，是這次河西走廊之行住過的房間最大的，連鎖酒店裝修簡潔明快，衞生間乾濕分離。在張掖連住了三天。 酒店離市中心大概2~3公里，總體感覺滿好。

酒店位置好，交通便利，距離高鐵站很近，打車十分鐘就可以到.門口停車方便，停車場在酒店後面，車位很多，從酒店的大門就可以看得出酒店環境應該很好，果盤很驚喜.大廳很寬敞，有很多擺件，老闆有品味，一定花了很多精力來裝飾，大廳好多地方都有防撞角，真的太貼心了，帶小朋友的孩子有福了，前台服務很熱情，入住送一次性馬桶墊，還給小朋友主動提供一次性拖鞋和牙具，晚上還有熱牛奶送到房間，有機器人，外賣可以送到房間，房間衞生很乾凈，馬桶是可以加熱的，窗簾是電動的，太智能了，房間也做了防撞角，水壓很大，打掃衞生的阿姨很有禮貌，見面都會打招呼，早餐是臊子麪，也是張掖的特色，味道很好，種類很多，酸奶好喝，退房時前台主動幫我又裝了四個，還給我們送了礦泉水，總之很滿意的一次體驗！

挺滿意的，安排的2號樓6層，沒有景觀，就是入住的房間第一晚就被不明蟲子吧手腕部被咬了幾個包奇癢無比，第二天下午回來發現房間居然沒有打掃，打電話後也過來了簡單收拾，總歸不是提前打掃的方便。 早餐可以，畢竟房價不貴，牛肉麪不錯，也有鮮磨的咖啡，推薦入住。 酒店大門口內有家西貝羔羊肉的套餐性價比不錯，我們吃了兩頓。
