Hotel berhampiran Zhangye South Station Hongyu Business & Trade Plaza Stop, Zhangye

It was a great hotel. I liked the Chinese style and super comfy bed. They had English movies as well on the TV. The room was so spacious especially the bathroom. They even had a bathtub! Enjoyed my stay here, would definitely book it again.

酒店位置很好，周邊購物餐飲比較方便。前台服務熱情主動，給予好評。房間面積大，床鋪舒服，睡眠質量好。早餐豐盛，可選性多，味道好。酒店有自己的停車場，較大，方便自駕住店客人。平山湖大峽谷非常壯觀震撼，值得去看看。

New hotel with good amneties provided, Friendly and helpful staffs. Good location as close to wet market, plenty of restaurants, easy access to public transport. Can do self laundry, good gym. Breakfast is outstanding. Quiet hotel though located next to big roads

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Quiet location with no street noise. We couldn't get the air-conditioning working at the correct temperature but that may have been our mistake. Good location. It is a short walk to a market and some good restaurants, and a 5 min drive to the city centre. The service was fantastic. The front desk staff helped us organise transport and tours for the day (saving us lots of money).

We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

超級滿意！ 設施：一進門大窗户陽光照進來心滿意足，心情突然就好了。窗簾有按鈕直接開關。衞生間乾濕分離，有吹風機！洗好頭直接衞生間吹乾就行。 還有加濕器 喜歡！ 衞生：挺乾淨的。 環境：張掖西站附近，打車6元。張掖火車站打車7-8元。打車去鑫滙廣場9元左右。 服務：挺好，前台小姐姐也很耐心。每天上午的清潔服務也不錯。

We like the hotel. The location is very close to the high-speed train station. Despite not in downtown, it takes only 10 minutes to downtown by taxi with hotel concierge taxi call. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel manager, Lutong, was super helpful and polite. He efficiently managed to contact the hotel in Dunhaung where we forgot something, to send it to the next hotel in Lanzhou where we will visit again in next 7 days. We really appreciate his services by heart, despite being very busy.

Saya telah tinggal di Zhangye beberapa kali dan kemudahannya sangat bagus! Perkara istimewa adalah mandi kaki setiap kali Biliknya bersih dan kemas, peralatan tempat tidurnya selesa, dan sikap perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat baik ketika mendaftar keluar, wanita di meja depan memberi saya dua botol air yang sangat panas untuk menutup tangan saya, salji yang turun di luar menghangatkan tangan saya dan hati saya, wanita muda itu juga meminta saya untuk menutup kot saya supaya tidak diserang sejuk ketika di luar. Sangat bertimbang rasa!

酒店還在試住階段，9號才正式開張。看得出來，酒店投資老闆是個有實力、有情懷、有自己喜好的人，自己的物業，量身打造的酒店定製版，走廊、功能區、房間內部長闊高設計的實用大氣，所有用的材料都比較上檔次，整個裝修風格呈中式。早餐也是用了心的，部分食材是花了錢的，比如大蝦和蝦仁，可惜就是沒有煎蛋。最大的不足，房間衹有熱空調開放，温度很高影響睡眠質量，晚上睡覺衹能把雙腳露在被子外，打電話給前台，回答説，沒有冷氣降温，衹有熱空調，要麼就關掉熱空調，但實際上也關不掉，裏面温度偏熱了，既不節約能耗，反而減少了體驗好感。
