Hotel berhampiran Xiaohuang Mountain Scenic Area, Zhangzhou

I came to visit my company’s factory and this is more than enough. I would’ve preferred them having a better gym, but otherwise no complaints.

The room is clean and cozy. The surroundings is also quiet and peaceful. You will also have easy access to gym and laundry, I had an amazing stay. Look forward to my next visit!

房間很寬敞，每個房間都有大窗户，光線和通風挺不錯的。前台美女很熱情耐心。酒店位置還蠻好的，離動車站很近，很方便。旁邊就是一個景點，都是閩南古厝風格步行街，喝喝茶散散步很放鬆。餐館茶館很多。這裏去漳州古城打車10分鐘搞定。晚上很安靜，下次還會繼續選擇這家。下次多住幾天。住宿還可以免費健身游泳，挺不錯的。

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

挑了半天酒店，最後還是選擇了亞朵，服務出乎意料的好，看我們帶小朋友，給我們升級了房間，多要了水，也很快給我們送上來。斜對面就是萬達廣場，各種吃喝很方便，距離古城東門2.5公里左右，逛完古城回來睡覺，不遠而且主要是安靜，睡了個好覺。非常推薦，特別是親子游，睡眠太重要了。

房間很大，住的很舒服！還有就是洗手間都是乾濕分離，淋浴水壓也夠大，關鍵是還有洗衣機可以洗衣服，出門在外很方便。離古城太近了，走路就兩個紅綠燈，3分鐘就溜達到了，美食特別多，想吃什麼應有盡有[愉快]，房間乾淨衞生，工作人員很用心，有什麼不明白的都會及時幫助，很不錯，晚上也很安靜，很好睡

Very nice team and hotel even if some parts seem a little bit old. Good quality/price balance! Un bon hotel a 10 minutes a pied d’une place animée. La literie est simple mais très adaptée et même si l’hotel est un peu daté le rapport qualité prix est acceptable. Un bon compromis aux hôtels plus chers de Xiamen pour les budgets plus serrés ou dans l’optique d’avancer vers les Tulous.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

設施：很新，裝修風格很好看，新開的酒店也沒有什麼異味。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：樓下是花卉市場，晚上去逛了一圈消消食，買了幾個多肉，好便宜 服務：前台的小姐姐很温柔，想點外賣不知道地址什麼的，她幫我們搞的。還推薦了幾家好吃的店，確實很好吃。
