This is a brand-new hotel with excellent design and exceptionally friendly staff. The gym team is also wonderful—special thanks to Miss Li Zi Qi for her helpful and attentive service. We will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation experience is simply amazing, the facilities are complete and thoughtful, the night view can see the Golden Sand Bay Beach, and the sunrise can be seen in the morning. This hotel stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the quality was evident in the details, making people feel comfortable as soon as they entered. The hotel has an excellent location, and the front desk lady also helped plan the tour route and recommended authentic food. The service was professional and warm! There were major food safety issues with the food. I had my meal at the restaurant on the 19th floor of the hotel at 8pm and did not eat anything afterwards. The hotel surveillance can prove this. I had vomiting and diarrhea at 2am and went to the hospital for an IV drip until 6am. When I returned to the hotel to report the incident, the hotel asked me to look for my own problems, saying that others were fine after eating but I was the only one who had problems. They also generously delayed my check-out time to 6pm as compensation.

A newly opened hotel on May Day 2024, very clean, with good facilities and a good location. It is very close to Jinsha Bay and has good gym facilities. The proactive service awareness is average (compared with the Garden Hotel). I went to check in at 17:00 and waited for half an hour for the room to be ready. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the management service needs to be further improved.

I personally feel that the stay experience is quite good. The lack of internet is not as bad as people say. There is a large residential area opposite, and shopping and dining are very convenient. The room is a bit small compared to a five-star hotel.

The hotel is relatively new, conveniently located, and has great service. Every employee will greet guests when they see them. The front desk lady took the initiative to introduce the surrounding delicious and fun things, and was warm and thoughtful.
