Location: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices. Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go. Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix) Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly. Facilities: Washing machine located in room. Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives. Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par. Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.

Hotel is good. Location is very convenient. Service is also good. The room was not okay because the room smell is the same with the aircon car. And I was came from the railway station by bus and felt dizzy. And the room was also the same smell with the car. And I asked to the receptionist to change room for me if possible, and she helped me to change another room. The second room was great. I slept last night very well. The loft structure is unique. The second room didn't have any smell. Overall, I like this hotel. I also can see Zhaoqing famous place from the hotel. Thank you. Next time, I will come again.

Spacious & comfortable.. Large widows with awesome views of Seven Stars Crags. Close to Seven Stairs Crags. Modern & amazing external design. Without high weekend end rates, we will stay much long.

Everything was perfect the location is incredible 10 floor with views to the lake. The apartment was very clean and comfortable I highly recommend for some days of relax a outside the crown of Guangzhou

Not matter the location, service, cleanliness is very very good! It’s located just right next the lake, right up a shopping mall, and what amazing is right opposite the long distance buy stop.  Food is all round here, next be there again I must book Xingdao  Lake View Hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is very convenient, opposite the East Gate Square of Seven Star Crags, near the Hong Kong direct bus station, with a supermarket in the basement and many restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

There are convenience stores, supermarkets, Watsons, coffee shops, and restaurants downstairs, making it extremely convenient. The room has a refrigerator and washing machine. The room is decent, but the soundproofing is only so-so; you can hear people renovating downstairs.

It's a fantastic guesthouse for travel and sightseeing; the environment is great, the scenery is beautiful, and it's very close to Qixingyan Square.

The room was clean, the city view room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I went to Xinghu Lake with my kids in the evening. The Zijing West Causeway was bustling with activity at night. This is definitely the biggest obstacle for night runners! 😆

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and it responds to every request. It is very cost-effective and I will choose to stay next time! Park your car at Building 2 and go up to 601 from the 2nd staircase. The entrance on the first floor is behind Zhao Yiming's snack bar. You have to pay the parking fee of 20 yuan yourself. The room is bigger than Duoduo's and has a washing machine, which is just enough to wash a few days' worth of clothes.

Staying at Xingdao Lakeview Hotel, the overall experience exceeded expectations! The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the view of Qixingyan is panoramic. The staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the response is quick. The nearby Dongmen Square has a rich variety of food, combining Chinese and Western flavors. The entertainment facilities are complete, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to the Xinghu Scenic Area. The price-performance ratio is super high, suitable for business travel or family vacation, it is worth recommending!
