None of them speak English (like 98% of China), but they're smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. The hotel is cold; when we arrived, our room was freezing. Finally, toward evening, after some issues with the air conditioning turning on and off for no apparent reason, we managed to warm the room sufficiently. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the rest of the city, but it depends on where you're going."
