Hotel berhampiran Fire Culture Theme Park, Zhengzhou

Very enjoyable stay, all amenities were clean and neat up to Novotel Accor standards. Please keep it that way ! Allez la France !

The traffic management at the entrance to the hotel is quite bad, there is always a queue. I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

Menginap selama dua malam, ia hebat, berpatutan, kos efektif, sarapan lengkap, perkhidmatan kakitangan sangat baik, dan piawaian antara benua. Xu Jie di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik dan memberi saya invois.

Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

給孩子定的酒店，孩子説還行，但是你要求50個字的評價吃能延遲退房，我覺得有點過份了，寫多少字是我的問題，你房間和服務沒問題給你個好評也沒什麼，延遲退房是你的事，但是還給顧客定要求，我第一次見，本來可以給你五星好評的，就憑你這一點那就算了吧，不給你差評不錯了！而且好評不好評我都有積分，不是你送的，想明白服務是怎麼做的再説吧！

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff with great service.. they go extra mile to serve us when in need. Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. You can use WeChat to discuss any arrangements with the hotel and they will make sure satisfaction. Highly recommend and we will visit again for sure

This hotel apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and it is on the 22nd floor. The one thing I did not like is that it does take a long time to reach your room since it is on floor 22. It is connected to Vanke Mall which is a plus and is around 2 kilometers away from Zhengzhou university. The woman who manages the hotel is lovely and very helpful! It does not have facilities like a gym and pool and is far away from central Zhengzhou, around 45 minutes away by subway.
