The hotel lobby provides complimentary tea, and the front desk service was excellent. They also offered thoughtful amenities such as disposable toilet seat covers and razors. The room itself was decent, very clean, and all items were neatly arranged.

This is a unique chain hotel. It was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. The shower had great water pressure. Plus, there are plenty of delicious dining options nearby. The front desk even kindly extended our check-out time for us – truly great service!

The location is excellent, right across from Henan University of Economics and Law. It's clean and tidy, and the individually wrapped towels and bath towels were a great touch!

The Pinecone Hotel, a chain establishment, surprisingly holds its own even against some higher-end options. The bed was wonderfully large and comfortable, and the pillows were incredibly soft. Its location is a major plus, being only about 500 meters from the Baimiao subway station. Both the hotel staff and the housekeeping team were very friendly and welcoming. It definitely exceeded my expectations!

The room was spotless. The bath towels and hand towels were all individually sealed in plastic bags, which gave me great peace of mind when using them. They also provide a washing machine, microwave, and oven for complimentary use. Fantastic!

I was particularly satisfied because they even assisted with my luggage when I couldn't make it back to the hotel in time. The hotel's location is also a big plus; it's conveniently situated just 200 meters from the subway station, and visiting the nearby Zheng Hong City Aquarium is also very convenient.

Any issues I had were resolved within just two minutes of a phone call. It has beautiful surroundings and offers good value for money. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it. The hotel is situated on Wenhua Road, a convenient 200-meter walk from the subway station. With both Line 7 and Line 8 nearby, getting anywhere is super easy. Shopping and dining at Zheng Hong City is also very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied and would gladly choose this hotel again!

Beyond breakfast, the hotel also provides a complimentary laundry room with a garment steamer, and during the summer, they even offer free cucumber and lemon herbal tea. These extra touches truly demonstrate their exceptional care and attention to detail.

The room was smoke-free with fresh air, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and its proximity to ZhengHong City makes shopping very convenient. With a newly opened subway station just around the corner, getting around is a breeze.

It's also quite close to Zheng Hong City and the museum, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.
