I recently stayed at M Hotel in Zhengzhou for a few days, and my experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. A nice touch was the complimentary fruits provided during my stay, which made me feel welcomed.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the early morning coffee. Since I had to leave for work early, it was great to have fresh coffee ready before heading out. It showed the hotel’s attention to guest convenience.
The overall stay was comfortable, and the hospitality made a difference. If you’re looking for a hotel in Zhengzhou with warm service and thoughtful details, M Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Taxi pickup was very easy and there was a shopping mall within walking distance if you need a few things. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was a mix between western and Chinese cuisine (like most hotels). I will gladly stay there again.

The hotel's young men and women are very warm and considerate. I booked this place for the concert. The hotel is very considerate and has prepared a booth for artists to pick up their favorite gadgets. There is also Tremella soup when I come back at night. There are also many choices for the buffet breakfast. The transportation is very convenient, whether it is to the performance venue or Xinzheng Airport, Henan Museum, and the subway. If I go to Zhengzhou next time, I will probably choose this hotel again~

We stayed here to watch Zhang Yixing's concert at Zhengzhou Olympic Sports Center. The hotel was very attentive. The housekeeper contacted us in advance to ask about our accommodation needs. The hotel also arranged support and small gifts for fans. We were given fruits when we checked in and sweet soup when we came back from the concert in the evening. It was a very good stay experience. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the Olympic Sports Center. It is very cost-effective. I look forward to coming again next time~
