Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Lots of food options around. There’s a large number of smokers in this city. It’s not a surprise that you always smell cigarette here and there, which could be a bit unpleasant.

很新的酒店，是娛樂餐飲住宿一體的休閑度假酒店。房間佈局很好，床品很舒適，遊玩一天能睡的舒服真的很重要，新酒店衞浴設備都很好，服務也很熱情周到！總體來説是一次很不錯的入住體驗！最後提個小建議，可以給房間安排一個全身鏡！

The staff is very friendly and helpful towards foreigners, even if they hardly speak any English, communication works great thanks to a translation app. The hotel is not the newest, but it is very clean and the breakfast buffet has a large selection. I would describe the location very central. The metro stations is right next to the hotel. Also a 7-11 is in the same street.

不得不説，這家酒店的性價比超高!前台Linda服務非常好👍房間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約時尚，設施也都很新，完全超出預期。 地理位置也很優越，離景點和商場都很近，出行購物兩不誤。這次入住體驗太棒了，以後還會再來！

The location is unbeatable, right across the street from Henan Museum, about 10 minutes walk from subway station and shopping malls. The business suite is quite spacious, and nicely organized for casual meetings. Breakfast buffet is included with many varieties. The staff are very nice and attentive. The only thing that the business suite can improve is the bathroom. It’s a little outdated. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

酒店設施齊全，位置超讚，過馬路就是河南博物院，在酒店吃了熱騰騰的早點，去逛河南博物院，真是嚴冬中一件美事。親子跑車房間，很多對小朋友友好的設施，有專屬的拖鞋，浴液，毛巾浴巾，還有那張小朋友都不願離開的跑車大床，衞生打掃及時乾淨，熱水穩定 洗澡舒服，暖氣好，睡覺舒服，下次來鄭州，會毫不猶豫的入住世紀星酒店，感謝熱情的服務人員，點名表揚餐飲部孫雙霞女士，應變能力強，及時協調解決我們的就餐問題，帶來可口的午餐，沒有耽誤我們的行程，特別感謝。

和朋友出遊來他家訂的酒店很意外，超乎我的預期特別好!大廳香薰挺好聞的，特別亮堂，前台服務人員很貼心的詢問了是否有開車，並告知停車場位置添加管家微信24小時都有人回覆每次出門前台都會很有禮貌的打招呼，床墊睡起來也特別舒服，房間很乾凈，客房大姐見到了也都會打招呼，並且會及時打掃都很有禮貌，投影儀還提供的有免費會員使用，非常貼心，很方便酒店距離地鐵口走路5分鐘就到了臨近網紅健康路夜市去其他旅遊地打卡也非常方便周圍設施很全面，附近有吃飯的地方，便利店，醫院商場等價格也合適，值得推薦以後還會來住

正弘城附近的新開業酒店，離金水區政府很近，入住前就接到了工作人員的電話，告訴我自駕還是乘坐交通工具，熱心的告訴我到酒店的路線，很熱情也很專業。環境很好，進入酒店大堂有淡淡的香味，非常注重品質和細節！房間做了免費升級，房間素雅乾淨，還有個陽台，午後邊聽音樂邊喝茶很享受。枕頭和床墊軟硬合適，洗澡水很大！有加濕器和掛燙機可以借用，完全超出我的預期！酒店小而精，工作人員都會熱情打招呼，很温暖，總體來説性價比很高，很滿意！下次還會住！
