Hotel di Kawasan Baru Zhengdong, Zhengzhou

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

The hotel is located in a convenient area. Perfect to spend a few days as a couple. I fell in love with the hand soap they provide in the room. Maggie at front desk was more than helpful and even mailed us home the product really fast. They have a singer at night and the bar and restaurant are really comfy. The check in and out is easy. We are really happy with our time there, and we are coming back if we get the chance.

Stayed here several nights visiting family and relatives in Zhengzhou, awesome experience, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staffs, thanks to Ms Zhang, Ms Cheng, and Ms Chen for keeping our rooms clean and providing everything we needed.

酒店體驗不錯，很方便，距離地鐵口也很近，服務非常好，房間乾淨衞生，距離鄭州東站很近，房間乾淨衞生床也很舒服，不軟不硬，房間空調也很給力，總之很滿意的一次住宿體驗。店家也給免費升級了房間，性價比很高，下次有機會再來的~

Room was pretty good, clean and very big. Bed was very comfortable. Shower drain was blocked with hair so room flooded Everytime we showered unit I unblocked it. Location was ok, but a bit out of the way. Overall I liked the place but they could do better.

最近入住這家酒店，體驗簡直超預期。酒店人員的服務很好，不管是前台，還是打掃衞生的工作人員，每個人都笑眯眯的，印象比較深刻的是給我辦入住的李瑞琪，因為應酬，到酒店也比較晚了，酒也喝的比較多，她看我因為喝酒不太舒服，還給我送了蜂蜜水，升級了房間，真的很貼心，業務能力強，辦入住很快。客房的條件也十分出色，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適得讓人能一夜好眠。酒店很好找，一棟黑色大樓，非常醒目，這次入住，無論是酒店的硬件設施，還是以李經理為代表的員工們的優質服務，都讓我感到無比滿意。以後出差或者旅行，這家酒店絕對會是我的首選，也強烈推薦給各位有需要的朋友！

帶孩子出玩前看了十多家酒店，最終發現這家酒店乾淨衞生，旁邊是大玉米樓，入住後果然沒讓人失望，入住的很心情愉悦，床單被罩乾淨沒頭髮不泛黃，馬桶也很乾凈，衞生間是乾濕分離，各種燈帶做的也挺好，房間內有榻榻米、泡茶茶具、睡衣等等，最最重要的是前台小姐姐服務態度很好，我們入住時是半夜十一點半了，訂的是大床房，我兒子怕擠，也給換了雙床房，拿了小童用具，這點值得稱讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻！第二天出去玩時不小心把房卡弄丟了，前台小姐姐還表示歉意，最後也沒收錢，如此的環境和服務是下次旅途出遊的首選目標！平時不論外賣還是購物、旅途民宿不太喜歡評價，都是系統默認，但這家必須好評。

性價比超高超值的一個酒店。看完衹有河南的次日，因為想要第二天離市中心近點兒就定了東站附近的酒店。居世定的時候才200多，但不得不説，入住體驗感跟一二線城市的4.5百差不多。 房間整體很乾凈，也還算寬敞。廁所自帶的洗漱和陳設都是比較完整的，帶電視（雖然我也不看😁） 單人大床挺大的，不得不誇一下智能設備，因為想知道房間wifi，拚命尋找房間內電話機打算問前台（雖然直到離開時也沒找到電話機☎️好像也沒用到），但是看到了“小度”，打開小度後立馬啟用“小度小度，房間wifi是多少”沒想到立馬迴應且輸入完全正確哈哈。挺可愛 前台的6號小姐姐很可愛哦，check的是應該半夜12點半了快，她非常耐心的解答我，很開心出差旅途中能夠遇到好的酒店和棒的入住體驗！希望以後都能如此~

非常驚喜的一家酒店，地理位置很好，從鄭州東站打車也就十分鐘的距離，周邊還有大商場尚座中心走路就能到，很是方便。酒店大廳簡約又不失優雅，前台小任小陳很是貼心，入住期間積極為我解決各種問題，房間硬件設施可以説是相當齊了，配有洗烘一體洗衣機，還有一瓶洗衣液，杯子也是用消毒櫃裝着的，還有拖鞋消毒櫃，毛巾消毒櫃。還有一台小冰箱裏面有四瓶免費飲料，另外還有小吃四五樣，小罐茶兩種，洗手間配有消毒濕巾，一次性馬桶套，洗髮水，護髮素，潤膚露各一小袋，個人洗漱用品也很全，推薦大家入住！
