This hotel apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and it is on the 22nd floor. The one thing I did not like is that it does take a long time to reach your room since it is on floor 22. It is connected to Vanke Mall which is a plus and is around 2 kilometers away from Zhengzhou university. The woman who manages the hotel is lovely and very helpful! It does not have facilities like a gym and pool and is far away from central Zhengzhou, around 45 minutes away by subway.

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

Excellent location and easy access to restaurants and eateries. Room is clean and well maintained. Keep up the good work.

The traffic management at the entrance to the hotel is quite bad, there is always a queue. I would expect there to be a staff member downstairs to greet me and help take my suitcase out of the trunk but there was no one . The entrance to the hotel feels quite random and unprofessional. A few more water bottles and coffee pouches in the rooms would be better. It’s frustrating to keep having to call room service to request them. Otherwise a good hotel, iron and ironing board provided in the room

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Convenient location and just opposite one shopping mall. Nice,clean room spacious room! The breakfast is simple but valuable, delicious with local food!

這是我第一次入住這家酒店，但我真希望我來這之前就知道它有多好。酒店內老闆非常友好和樂於助人。房間的裝飾和設備也很完善，尤其是浴室的淋浴間，非常舒適。我一定會再次選擇這家酒店。環境優美地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好，窗外風景好。性價比不錯，下次還要入住。酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的電視也採用的是高清的液晶電視，晚上睡不着的時候可以享受跟私人影院一樣的視覺效果。

Напротив отеля большая стройка, но, благодаря хорошей звукоизоляции, шума почти не слышно. Завтраки обойдутся дешевле, если покупать на стойке регистрации. В ресторане есть тостер и кофемашина. Хлеб, джем, масло, йогурт, яичница - из европейского. По заказу готовят лапшу. Есть комната со стиральным оборудованием, что очень удобно в путешествии.
