Hotel berhampiran PEACEBIRD, Zhengzhou

給孩子定的酒店，孩子説還行，但是你要求50個字的評價吃能延遲退房，我覺得有點過份了，寫多少字是我的問題，你房間和服務沒問題給你個好評也沒什麼，延遲退房是你的事，但是還給顧客定要求，我第一次見，本來可以給你五星好評的，就憑你這一點那就算了吧，不給你差評不錯了！而且好評不好評我都有積分，不是你送的，想明白服務是怎麼做的再説吧！

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

設施：酒店23年開業，整體硬件很新，設施和服務都很好。房間60平兩人入住夠寬敞了～ 尤其好評餐廳，當天晚餐在中餐廳吃的，餐前的鳳梨酥特別好吃。所有餐品都有五星級酒店的餐廳水準，精緻餐量適中、味道很不錯👍 早餐自助餐廳品類也相當豐富，吃得飽飽的，很滿足。 女士專享-御銀座10分鐘手部護理及30分鐘眼部護理各一次: 也去試了和The Ginza合作的護理項目，BA温柔耐心，很仔細的試用了項目產品，對入住客人來説也是很好的體驗環節。 衹是遺憾時間太趕來不及去泳池和健身房。今後來鄭州市內，還會再來這家洲際的，非常推薦。

Menginap selama dua malam, ia hebat, berpatutan, kos efektif, sarapan lengkap, perkhidmatan kakitangan sangat baik, dan piawaian antara benua. Xu Jie di kaunter penerimaan tetamu memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik dan memberi saya invois.

Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Very good hotel with top rated facilities. Everything feels luxurious and it is a very comfortable stay. High recommended for business traveller, especially when it is just 10 mins ride to the high speed train station. Free transfer between hotel and station.

The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees. Downgraded in the process - not Leo's issue, I am sure. Hotels reputation is so related to their staff.
