Hotel berhampiran PUMA, Zhengzhou

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

設施：酒店23年開業，整體硬件很新，設施和服務都很好。房間60平兩人入住夠寬敞了～ 尤其好評餐廳，當天晚餐在中餐廳吃的，餐前的鳳梨酥特別好吃。所有餐品都有五星級酒店的餐廳水準，精緻餐量適中、味道很不錯👍 早餐自助餐廳品類也相當豐富，吃得飽飽的，很滿足。 女士專享-御銀座10分鐘手部護理及30分鐘眼部護理各一次: 也去試了和The Ginza合作的護理項目，BA温柔耐心，很仔細的試用了項目產品，對入住客人來説也是很好的體驗環節。 衹是遺憾時間太趕來不及去泳池和健身房。今後來鄭州市內，還會再來這家洲際的，非常推薦。

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

給孩子定的酒店，孩子説還行，但是你要求50個字的評價吃能延遲退房，我覺得有點過份了，寫多少字是我的問題，你房間和服務沒問題給你個好評也沒什麼，延遲退房是你的事，但是還給顧客定要求，我第一次見，本來可以給你五星好評的，就憑你這一點那就算了吧，不給你差評不錯了！而且好評不好評我都有積分，不是你送的，想明白服務是怎麼做的再説吧！

the hostel is located very near the subway and just a few stops from the railway station. there are restaurants and shops around. staff is helpful. the place is a little bit messy but ok for one-two nights. it feels safe. you can communicate with them on wechat and it's better to ask information about the floor and apartment number of the hostel (and pass code) beforehand, so you don't have to call them when you get there, since it's located inside a building. I feel if is better organized it can be a great hostel.

This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.

The experience was wonderful and the service, top notch. This is the best deal I have ever had for a hotel, it included breakfast and dinner and even a light lunch, i don't know if such a deal is available all the time or its only a once in a while thing.The hotel staff were really nice and professional, i'd say all our expectations were met except for the swimming pool that was closed throughout the duration of our stay

Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. The hotel room is clean and organized. The room is comfortable and relaxing and wifi and AC work well.It is near the East Zhengzhou railway station.

衹是在鄭州過渡一晚，於是選了一家離鄭州東站很近的酒店，比想象中好很多，完全超出預期。雖然沒有接送站，打的大概起步費，當然步行十幾分鍾也到了。大路上是全季酒店，然後卡芙特在裏面二號樓三樓。樓下超市餐廳都有，很方便。雙床房很大，窗邊還有茶座，可惜到得晚也沒用上，總之很推薦。
