Di Zhengzhou pada musim ini, jika bilik berventilasi sepenuhnya, penyaman udara tidak diperlukan pada waktu malam. Tetapi suhu masih tinggi pada siang hari! Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. Tetapi saya tidak tahu sama ada ini adalah pengiraan yang menjimatkan kos Jika anda menghidupkan perkongsian masa penyejukan, ia memang boleh menyelesaikan masalah tetamu seperti saya yang menginap di siang hari! The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The hotel room is clean and organized. The room is comfortable and relaxing and wifi and AC work well.It is near the East Zhengzhou railway station.

Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

衹是在鄭州過渡一晚，於是選了一家離鄭州東站很近的酒店，比想象中好很多，完全超出預期。雖然沒有接送站，打的大概起步費，當然步行十幾分鍾也到了。大路上是全季酒店，然後卡芙特在裏面二號樓三樓。樓下超市餐廳都有，很方便。雙床房很大，窗邊還有茶座，可惜到得晚也沒用上，總之很推薦。

給孩子定的酒店，孩子説還行，但是你要求50個字的評價吃能延遲退房，我覺得有點過份了，寫多少字是我的問題，你房間和服務沒問題給你個好評也沒什麼，延遲退房是你的事，但是還給顧客定要求，我第一次見，本來可以給你五星好評的，就憑你這一點那就算了吧，不給你差評不錯了！而且好評不好評我都有積分，不是你送的，想明白服務是怎麼做的再説吧！

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, location very convenient next to the Longhai Expressway. Cleaners make sure your room is clean and has water every day, I loved every day of my stay here.

The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees. Downgraded in the process - not Leo's issue, I am sure. Hotels reputation is so related to their staff.

This hotel apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and it is on the 22nd floor. The one thing I did not like is that it does take a long time to reach your room since it is on floor 22. It is connected to Vanke Mall which is a plus and is around 2 kilometers away from Zhengzhou university. The woman who manages the hotel is lovely and very helpful! It does not have facilities like a gym and pool and is far away from central Zhengzhou, around 45 minutes away by subway.
