Hotel berhampiran Wangfufen Ancestral Hall, Zhengzhou

設施：酒店23年開業，整體硬件很新，設施和服務都很好。房間60平兩人入住夠寬敞了～ 尤其好評餐廳，當天晚餐在中餐廳吃的，餐前的鳳梨酥特別好吃。所有餐品都有五星級酒店的餐廳水準，精緻餐量適中、味道很不錯👍 早餐自助餐廳品類也相當豐富，吃得飽飽的，很滿足。 女士專享-御銀座10分鐘手部護理及30分鐘眼部護理各一次: 也去試了和The Ginza合作的護理項目，BA温柔耐心，很仔細的試用了項目產品，對入住客人來説也是很好的體驗環節。 衹是遺憾時間太趕來不及去泳池和健身房。今後來鄭州市內，還會再來這家洲際的，非常推薦。

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

Convenient location and just opposite one shopping mall. Nice,clean room spacious room! The breakfast is simple but valuable, delicious with local food!

Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. Will stay here again if I go to Zhengzhou... highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Good location, easy to move around. As with all Chinese hotels the room doors close so loud you hear all other guests coming in and out. The cleaning 阿姨 are so loud yelling in the corridor

This hotel apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and it is on the 22nd floor. The one thing I did not like is that it does take a long time to reach your room since it is on floor 22. It is connected to Vanke Mall which is a plus and is around 2 kilometers away from Zhengzhou university. The woman who manages the hotel is lovely and very helpful! It does not have facilities like a gym and pool and is far away from central Zhengzhou, around 45 minutes away by subway.

Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. Tetapi saya tidak tahu sama ada ini adalah pengiraan yang menjimatkan kos Jika anda menghidupkan perkongsian masa penyejukan, ia memang boleh menyelesaikan masalah tetamu seperti saya yang menginap di siang hari! Tidak mungkin, perkhidmatannya pasti teruk! Pengurusan pastinya ulasan yang buruk! Jika anda ingin menjimatkan tenaga dan meningkatkan kecekapan, terpulang kepada anda untuk meningkatkan kecekapan apabila tiada tetamu yang menginap!
