Its near to railway station and good place to stay and friendly staffs .. staff know english and they are very helping too

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. Will stay here again if I go to Zhengzhou... highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

Toilet smelled very bad, probably a sewer problem. Breakfast was complete if you like chinese style breakfast otherwise not very good. Service staff very nice and helpful

This hotel apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and it is on the 22nd floor. The one thing I did not like is that it does take a long time to reach your room since it is on floor 22. It is connected to Vanke Mall which is a plus and is around 2 kilometers away from Zhengzhou university. The woman who manages the hotel is lovely and very helpful! It does not have facilities like a gym and pool and is far away from central Zhengzhou, around 45 minutes away by subway.

Good location, easy to move around. As with all Chinese hotels the room doors close so loud you hear all other guests coming in and out. The cleaning 阿姨 are so loud yelling in the corridor

Отель занимает 26-28 этажи 44 -этажного здания. Новый, соответственно очень чистый и современный. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Напротив отеля большая стройка, но, благодаря хорошей звукоизоляции, шума почти не слышно. Завтраки обойдутся дешевле, если покупать на стойке регистрации. В ресторане есть тостер и кофемашина. Хлеб, джем, масло, йогурт, яичница - из европейского. По заказу готовят лапшу. Есть комната со стиральным оборудованием, что очень удобно в путешествии.
