Hotel di , Zhongshan

Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document... She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy????? However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

交通：靠近中山北站，比較便利； 設施：設施還算齊全，有洗衣房，掛燙機； 服務：前台人員熱情禮貌 衞生：衞生狀況較好，床品比較新也很舒適； 早餐：品種有十多種，豆漿不太好喝，其它現做的包子、蒸肉餃、炒粉面、蔬菜味道都很棒。 缺點：客房保潔阿姨在走廊説話太大聲，需要改善。

My family of 4 had a good time staying in the hotel, its location is quite convenient to where we need to visit in Zhongshan.

I had a wonderful stay at the MERIDIEN，a 5-star hotel in the heart of zhongshan. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, with spacious and comfortable rooms, exquisite dining options, and impeccable service. The staff were friendly and attentive, catering to my every need and request. The location is perfect, close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the spa and the rooftop bar, where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the city. The hotel is truly a gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and indulgent experience in zhong shan.

房間衞生 • 一進房間就感覺很乾凈整潔，床鋪沒有任何污漬，地面也一塵不染。衞生間更是沒有異味，洗漱用品擺放整齊，毛巾潔白柔軟，給人非常舒適的感覺。 • 可以看出酒店在衞生方面做得很到位，無論是床單被罩的更換，還是房間各個角落的清潔，都處理得很好，讓人住得放心。

Reception staff is very polite and friendly. Response to our request of non smoking room is professional. The only unsatisfied point was the guest that was smoking inside the elevator.

第一次入海逸酒店，酒店大氣上檔次，房間夠大很寬敞，1.3米的雙床睡的很舒服，早上起的早，想着沒什麼吃的去到餐食物已經有很多的品種，很對的這兩百多的價格，感覺比周邊的品牌連鎖酒店要舒服。

The building and apartment is new and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn't clean ( shoe marks, loose dirt, a few hairs) and this hotel does not provide a floor towel/ bath mat. The shower seems to lack space for the soap and shampoo dispensers. I appreciated the washing machine and drying rack on the balcony. There were multiple long hairs folded up in all the towels except one. How does that even happen? One bath towel actually had about 10 long hairs stuck on it. Despite the issues, the room and facilities were great value and I would stay again, hopefully next time the towels could be professionally washed and sealed.
