From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and responsive. Whether it is for business or leisure travel, it is highly recommended!

RRonaldLeeMy experience to Sheraton this time starts from the moment upon my arrival to the location. Door man was helpful and offered help if there's any need for luggage transfer. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family.

Mmarkiemarc007i guess this is one of the best hotel in zhongshan , location is about 15 mins ride to the city walk and other site seeing spots , but in return we have a very nice and classy hotel to stay with a good price deal. room is clean and spacious, condition is great. hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful and we even got an upgrade for our room. free coupons for coffee per room and they offered ILLY italian coffee. definitely recommend people to stay here to enjoy the holiday. last but not least, the breakfast is fabulous too , great variety of chinese and western style items to offer. NICE ~~

CCherryclc今年新春假期選擇到中山旅遊，入住柏曼酒店（中山利和店），當天因交通阻塞，黃昏先到達酒店辦理入住手續。當時，前台服務男職員，告知沒有訂房資料，大約等候20分鐘後，再告知因訂購平台沒有將資料傳送給酒店，要等待收到資料確認後才辦理入住手續。原本我們訂房時，電腦顯示送早餐，但職員告知早餐訂位已滿，他有即時對這事宜向我們致歉，而且告示可以給予麵包和飲品以作補償，但我們覺得若沒有自助早餐，就不需要麵包和飲品了，因為都不太喜歡這類早餐的。新春期間，知道酒店訂單有一定需求，但希望銷售酒店平台，日後改善一下訂購流程，確保將資料給予酒店，以免添加酒店前線人員工作壓力。當時接待我們男職員，我們都給予讚揚，他當時一邊忙碌處理住客查詢，另一邊就盡量處理我們訂房資料，將影響低到最低，感謝這位男職員幫忙。晚上，我們到附近商場晚餐，商場佈置都好有新春氣氛。
