前台服務呆極、教條！沒有一點人情昧，我已連續住了三個晚上，第四個晚上在18:00己交了半天房租，幾分鐘後和前台商量，可否再付半天房租續住一個晚上？前台回答不可以！但你退給我的剩餘按金也沒有即時退款到我個人的帳上啊。然後再打電話給前台，接了就掛、接了就掛了三次，服務態度極差！我衹是想問一下是否可以開發票，卻故意不接電話！

我們訂了兩晚花園房，包早餐和遊戲卷，房間大，冷氣充足，不過可能郊外區，比較多蚊蟲，要帶防蚊，因為下雨很多遊戲未能玩，遊戲設施像荔園，小朋友還是喜歡玩，適宜自駕遊，自行不太方便，要打車來回出入，外出吃飯也要打車，早餐第一天比較簡單，第二天比較好，款式比較少和簡單，例如白粥、雞蛋、菜、番薯⋯⋯，但小朋友和老人家可以吃完早餐回去休息一下，再出發，比較方便，游泳池不建議去游泳，我們未見到人游泳，游泳池像水塘⋯⋯但如果想帶小孩外出郊遊，還是不錯的選擇。

第三次入住，定了三間房，有一間因為上手客户要求延期，加錢了，到2、3點才退房，我們要4點左右才能入住。很不合理的設定，有錢大曬啊？對下一個客户是很不公平。當然這不關管家小哥的事，他很剋制很盡力地幫我們解決問題，值得點贊。衹是這次體驗感比較差。另外可能節假日，衞生也差了，枕頭被單有污點。希望不是名氣大了就質量下降吧。

DDaniel LukeBack at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document...
She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

PPoretskin The hotel is very nice. The housekeeping staff is excellent. It has all the amenities, including shaving kits and things that you would expect in a high class hotel stay here many times. If I had to choose an issue, it would only be the manager in the dinner buffet, you pay if you’re a foreigner during your meal or before your meal, but if you’re local, it doesn’t seem to be the same maybe I observe it.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the staff, who made the check-in process seamless.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a good night's rest after long workdays. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected and work efficiently from my room.
The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and business lounge, were top-notch. I found the business lounge particularly useful for catching up on work in a quiet, professional environment. The staff there were attentive and provided excellent service.
Overall, my stay at Mingzuo Hotel was highly satisfying, and I look forward to returning on my next trip. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. I will definitely be booking here again in the future.

OOtautahianNOTE FOR NON-CHINESE: I was able to stay here in the end, but the process was complicated. At check in, guests should scan a QR code and fill in a form that completes the registration process with the local police station. As at December 2023, there was no field for non-Chinese ID. The check in staff told me it wouldn't be a problem, but an hour later I got a phone call from the police telling me registration wasn't complete. Finally, the check in staff and police had to talk twice on the phone, and the police eventually completed the process on their end. I am still not sure whether this was simply an issie with my registration, or if all non-Chinese guests would face the same situation.
The hotel itself is basic but fine: quiet, next to a pretty riverside, about a ten-minute walk from the main pedestrian street.

The first impression while i got to the lobby i was a bit disappointed and afraid that it might not as good as its picture. Because the lobby is quite old and smelly (cigarette)
But when i got into the room, it is very nice. I bet they just renovated the room.
Oh and another plus point is, they have a washing and dryer machine that we can use for free! Staff is also helpful.. housekeeper was friendly.
Overall I recommend this hotel! Location also very strategic. It has many supermarket and near to the night market and shops.
We can get around by pedicab! Which is easier and cheap! I recommend you to pay auntie pedicab to take you tour around the city zhongshan..

我和男朋友真的是非常滿意！首先，房間佈置得非常有特色，温馨浪漫，讓人感到很放鬆和舒適。床上用品也很舒適，睡覺的時候特別舒服。其次，衞生方面做得非常認真，房間內外都乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，讓人覺得很放心。而且酒店提供的各種設施和服務也非常貼心，讓我們感到賓至如歸。

PPengguna Tetamu我分別住了兩天不同房價的房間，第二天是豪華江景。在這裏我要表揚下前台的女服務員，沒記下你的名字是我疏漏了。她不僅給我介紹周邊好吃好玩的，還給我寫下小紙片，方便我出行。在這裏，我表示衷心感謝。再來説説房間，比我第一天住的還好，當然價格也上去了。睡床上就能看到江景，晚上更是一覽無遺。環境很好，安靜，隔音好。走廊裏還有各類藝術展品，很有特色的酒店，本人衷心推薦。 位置好 衞生不錯 房間寬敞 乾淨衞生 環境很棒 環境不錯。到中山玩之前我就做足了攻略，比較了好多家的酒店，定位就是要高端，地理位置好的。最後選擇了圈子，確實沒令我失望，就在步行街對面，一分鐘的路，江景房無敵。

The room is clean and comfortable though there is no facilities like gym, swimming pool and coffee shop as it is not a standalone hotel but occupies several floors in a commercial complex. Food is never a problem as you can find many eateries nearby. A supermarket is also right opposite to the hotel too.
