Overall experience was good, clean, spacious, good vegetation Buffett offering during lunch time , the only comment is the wifi service coverage was not good at my room at floor 2.

The location of the hotel is great with amenities very accessible. Plus the room is spacious for us. Overall a good experience

酒店非常滿意，上次也住這個酒店，酒店細節做的很好，比如門口有吸煙區同時弄的非常乾淨，大堂裏有些人性化服務，做香囊，洗漱用品增補，客人入店茶水，還有酒店提出新春伴手禮，服務人員也相當熱情，滿意還會再來的，希望海中洲越來越好！

Very clean and comfortable room. Short walk from the ferry port. Accept foreign guests. I took a bus directly to the ferry port (朱家尖码头) from Ningbo railway station. Was fairly easy to get here. Breakfast is an additional 20rmb and not a bad option.

娃娃特別喜歡這個星空房，房間不大，但是小孩就喜歡這個特色。 酒店位置非常便利，就在紫竹林南海觀音旁邊，抬頭就能見到南海觀音。酒店有專門去碼頭接送的車輛，離紫竹林公交站步行3分鐘，走去普濟寺也就十分鐘出頭。酒店的對面就是沙灘，沙子很細，退潮後的灘塗也很大，可以帶娃趕海。 酒店用具都有一次性的，連一次性手巾都有準備，我們家容易過敏，一般對住宿條件要求比較高，兩晚睡下來一點都不癢，説明衞生也是很不錯的。 酒店下面就是網紅咖啡店，可以點佛心咖啡，喂錦鯉，拍照打卡兩不誤。吃飯的話早餐是自助形式，種類以浙江和廣東早點為主，反正比較合我胃口，説是包兩人餐，其實帶娃的也包，贊👍🏻麪，混沌，排骨都好吃。中餐晚餐可以步行去普濟寺門口的百味素食自助，食材和味道都很不錯。房間的飲料任喝。 酒店會提前管家服務，有什麼都可以微信羣説，而且在酒店可以換零錢，還有金銀卡，香，都比寺院外面賣的便宜。而且去到那還會細心幫你規劃行程，服務員都非常熱心，不愧是觀音聖地，而且在這裏的體驗很棒，沒有那種有些景點逛完被宰或者覺得花冤枉錢的感覺。 酒店的前台，工作人員接觸過的都非常棒，下次一定會再來這裏。如果帶娃的可以體驗星空房，如果想住的舒服其他房間可能會大一些，這個可以根據自己的喜歡。走之前還有佛法加持的伴手禮喲

I'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

English Name: Healray Ambiance: Aesthetically Beautiful Service: There is always a shuttle between the arrival dock and the hotel, and a time table going to the boat dock. The bellboy was very accommodating, helping with all of our baggages. There was one people in the check in counter (red uniform) who can not speak and understand English, and quite rude. She told us that we did not have a reservation, but she just didn't understand English and has to ask her superior, and while paying the credit card and she told us to just use cash because their card machine was not working well with one of our credit cards. The hospitality service of the girl was just unexpected, so be prepared for a translator device, so that you could communicate effectively with them. Location: It is very near the Puji temple. Restaurant: We have tried the morning buffet, there were only few selections of food, and the buffet was not worth the 60rmb you will need to pay for. I suggest you to walk at least 10 minutes to find the restaurants and groceries.

A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.
