The room is great, and the price is affordable. It's probably the best value for money hotel on Mount Putuo, much better than guesthouses. There's a food street right opposite the hotel, which is super convenient, and it's also close to Puji Temple. Highly recommended! They even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal every half hour, which is really handy.

The room's cleanliness was top-notch, and the dehumidifying effect was excellent. The front desk staff were all very patient and had a great attitude. They mentioned yesterday that there's also a cultural atmosphere and first-class facilities. The shuttle service to and from the pier was very convenient and prompt, no waiting required.

On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!

Honestly, this place feels like a makeshift guesthouse run by amateurs. It's impossible to even call it an 'experience.' The service is completely inflexible and clueless. They never greet guests; it's like we're invisible. Any questions are met with a one-off answer, with no attempt to understand or interact from a guest's perspective – essentially useless. The facilities are old and dingy, and the amenities are subpar. How can they justify charging 2,000 a night? Their clientele is also strange, with lots of noisy tour groups full of older women. The overall service and positioning are worse than what you'd expect from a guesthouse. Their audacity is remarkable – 'fools rush in where angels fear to tread.' This 'amateur' setup can only be attributed to the management's 'achievements.' There's zero value for money or emotional value here. Is this even a hotel?

The Putuo Mountain Hotel is a well-established hotel within the Putuo Mountain scenic area. My elders stayed here before, and it's recently been renovated. Overall, it's quite high-end, and there's even a small garden outside which looks magnificent when lit up at night. They offer shuttle bus service, and the lobby manager was warm and attentive. Luggage storage is available, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, though I didn't find any mini wontons. Overall, it's pretty good, but they could install a few more cameras to ensure safety. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future!

There aren't many hotel options on the island, and after comparing a few, this one stands out for its location, cleanliness, and overall environment. Putuoshan is a wonderful place, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be more varied.

Nestled against a mountain and overlooking a serene stream, this hotel offers a tranquil environment with excellent air quality, making it an ideal choice for Buddhist pilgrims. It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay.

This is a tranquil and serene place that I've been visiting for years. The lawn at the entrance is so therapeutic. The location is convenient; you can find seafood noodles and authentic local dishes right outside. The hotel is also very clean. They offer free shuttle service to and from the pier, and there are plenty of shuttles available.

This hotel is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to Pujisji Temple, and right across the street, you'll find a commercial area, supermarket, and a free shuttle to the pier. Perfect for visiting temples, getting around, and dining. I've been staying here for over ten years now. Last night, I wasn't sure what to order at the hotel restaurant, but Zhu Min, one of the service staff, warmly recommended the local specialty Zhoushan hairtail, and it was delicious! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again. The osmanthus rice cakes I had for lunch the next day were also very tasty.

The hotel's private shuttle parking is conveniently located next to the ticket center on the left-hand side after you arrive at the pier. When I booked, I was a bit worried about it being far from attractions, but my actual stay was fantastic. The hotel is right on the main road, making dining incredibly easy. You can walk a short distance to many places, so there's no need to worry about getting back late after dinner. For breakfast, you can enjoy a vegetarian buffet on the main road. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I genuinely don't recommend staying at this hotel! For 2252 a night, you have to put your luggage on the floor. The attached pictures show the huge difference between the promotional images and reality! The room floor was actually sticky! There's basically no soundproofing! The pillows were dirty when I checked in too! After I complained, they only changed the pillowcases! The hotel is plastered with signs about building a 'Buddhist pure land' or something, yet they only demand things from guests. For over 2000 a night, you don't even get an extra smile, let alone any other amenities or services!

The room was spacious, and despite being an older hotel that has been open for years, it's very well-maintained and looks as good as new. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a dreamless night's sleep. What I liked most was its proximity to Puji Temple; I could easily walk there for morning and evening prayers. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. Given its location and the overall experience, it offers great value for money. It will definitely be my first choice again on my next visit.

The room amenities were clean and hygienic, the location was excellent, and the surrounding environment was comfortable. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Service: Huge thanks to concierge Liu Changqiang for his service! 🙏🏻 I was in Putuoshan for three days and experienced ferry cancellations, rain, and flight delays. Xiao Liu provided attentive service, coordinating the hotel car and extending my check-out time. This really is a warm hotel with a personal touch. Room: The hygiene was excellent, no mold issues whatsoever. The central air conditioning provided plenty of heat, but due to a personal preference, I ended up asking Xiao Liu to bring me a fan. Complimentary Shuttle Service (Pier-Hotel Round Trip): The shuttle service was incredibly convenient with frequent runs. Just coordinate with Xiao Liu in advance, and they'll pick you up and drop you off right on time. Dining: The hotel's breakfast was quite simple, but there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that are both convenient and delicious.
