酒店依山而建，地理位置不錯，空氣清新，雖然附近有在建的項目，但是非常安靜，整個酒店給人清新明朗的感覺。前台的工作人員服務熱情，很細心，有耐心，入住時一一介紹酒店的主要設施和開放時間。客房整體很乾凈，房間温度合適，客房姐姐態度和藹可親，都會熱情地跟客人打招呼，看着我們帶小孩，還特意送小童拖鞋和牙刷。早餐品種多樣，比較精緻，一看就是用心做出來的，味道不錯！極力推薦！

The interior decoration is new. The bathroom and carpet are clean.
Daily room cleaning is done well.
It is supposed a non-smoking hotel, however, cigarette smell is at every corner!!
I had to buy a fresh air spray to keep the smell away in my room. For non-smokers, you better be prepared for it !
There are a few small Chinese fast food like restaurants around the corner, 2 fruit stores, a convenient store and a cafe.
20 minutes walk to the ”Huafali” centre, there are many options for food & shops & a supermarket in the basement.
Wifi is free, many TV channels to watch.
No fridge, no safe in the room.

一直很相信以前雅高集團下幾家酒店的水準，雖然現在變成華住旗下，所以這家宜必思當時訂的時候較好，毫不猶豫的選擇了，果然沒有讓我失望酒店的雖然不大，但是裏面卻很新，而且很精緻，前台的服務很好，看到我們舉家來給我們安排的相鄰的房間還給我們其中的一個房間做了一個升級，格局很不錯，該有的都有，睡起來，不會覺得很壓抑，投屏電視看起來也很舒服，同時洗澡的時候水壓也很大，攜程積分兑換的早餐，這個性價比很絕，早餐的東西味道都還蠻好的，位置也不錯離開拱北口岸近，唯一不足的就是電梯衹有一個上下樓不方便，有時還得給機器人讓位子😂

房間跟圖片一樣，家庭4人住上下大床挺好的，衞生乾淨，很好👌🏻這個地址到珠海高鐵站很近，走路大概40分鐘，公交時間要50分鐘多。門口直接坐公交到燈塔一路到日月貝，最好時間是4點多走上去，一路看夕陽很美～

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms, though not very large, were spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of tasty options, catering to different preferences. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei provided excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

PPUIThe first thing I saw when I entered the hotel was its signature Chinese Courtyard, A great Instagram spot. Hotel staff offer ice cream with a smile when in the queue to check-in. During check-in, hotel staff Jane and Minnie introduced themselves and gave us an introduction of the hotel and warm welcome. Jane added me on WeChat. So they could take care of anything I needed on the trip. Jane is accommodating and professional. My wife and I had a carefree night in the hotel. By the way, the night view in the hotel is incredible. I would stay in this hotel if I came to ZH again.

Kemudahan dan peralatan juga sangat mewah, di Gongbei Berbanding dengan hotel lain, nisbah harga/prestasi adalah sangat tinggi, terutamanya perkhidmatan meja depan sangat baik. LILI juga menghantar penutup tab mandi dan bebola mandi apabila saya mendaftar masuk. Saya akan memilih di sini lain kali.

JJoyceKelihatan hotel ini sudah berusia beberapa tahun, dan penampilannya tidak sebaru seperti 3 hotel lain di taman itu. Tetapi keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel adalah sangat baik. Semasa Perayaan Pertengahan Musim Luruh, aliran orang ramai sangat besar, dan ia boleh diatur dengan teratur. Kakitangan akan melaraskan tetingkap daftar masuk mengikut situasi sebenar, dan akan mengambil inisiatif untuk berkomunikasi dengan pelancong, memberi perhatian yang besar kepada pengalaman daftar masuk tetamu. Sama ada makcik pembersihan atau pengurus lobi di lorong, asalkan nampak penduduk, mereka akan mengambil inisiatif bertanya khabar. Rasa macam nak balik rumah. Lebih banyak aliran orang, lebih banyak ujian keupayaan pengurusan dan operasi hotel. Saya rasa Hengqin Bay Hotel masih hebat dalam hal ini!

PPengguna TetamuI was in Zhuhai as part of the Clipper23/24 Round the World Yacht Race. Hotel is in an excellent location, with helpful staff and really superb breakfasts. The room was great value (upgraded to a suite at no extra charge).
The wifi is very poor and intermittent and (strangely) the bottles of gin and whisky in the bar are ”only for display purposes”. Oh well, beer it is then.
Would definitely stay again if in Zhuhai.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world.
The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel.
The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles.
We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable!
Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. We had a truly five-star experience at the hotel.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
