The room I booked for a friend was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the environment was beautiful and quiet. It's perfect for a trip. There are supermarkets, tea restaurants, Cantonese restaurants, and garden-style landscapes nearby, making it very convenient and comfortable.

Hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and room size. It’s only 10 minutes drive from Lakewood Golf course. Hotel do not serve meals or breakfast. However, just nearby to hotel there are many restaurants and supermarket, so it was not an issue for us at all. Refrigerator and wardrobe is not there in the room.

It was already dark and raining heavily when we arrived that day. We took a taxi to the hotel. As there was a tile shelter in front of the hotel gate and the space was relatively shallow, we had to open an umbrella when getting off the car with our luggage, which was quite awkward. The automatic door opened outwards and then automatically opened inwards. We saw the front desk staff standing at the service desk and did not come forward to help. As we booked two nights separately and requested the same room, one of the room cards had not been updated. The staff indicated that we could go to the front desk to collect it later. Fortunately, the staff took care of the room card and brought it to the room, otherwise the thoughtfulness would have been discounted. Also, since it was not a long holiday, there was no buffet breakfast as before, only Chinese and Western options, but I was satisfied with both. The waiter was polite and considerate, and also said that although it was changed to a set meal, the style would be different.

On every floor, right off the elevator, there are coffee machines, snacks, makeup remover pads, makeup remover, and even roasted sweet potatoes served intermittently from morning till night – absolutely delicious! The room is very spacious and expansive. The floor-to-ceiling windows directly opposite ensure plenty of natural light. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The room also comes with a motion-sensing toilet and a washing machine, which is much cleaner and more reassuring than sharing laundry facilities at other hotels. The bedding is incredibly soft, unlike the typical linen duvet covers found in most hotels. The projector works very well, and there's even a mini-fridge in the room. Overall, the experience was excellent! It's definitely the best choice among hotels in the same price range!
