Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex.

Superb coffee and sweet soup at front desk! Excellent service and clean rooms. Quiet, nicely furbished and very comfy. I like the bed and pillows. Hair dryer a bit hard to control but overall speaking a very outstanding boutique hotel with high CP value for family and kids.

We arrived the hotel late (around 22:30) and the lobby felt very dusty and the windows were not cleaned at all. This could be a result of a nearby construction within the hotel, perhaps part of their expansion. The shower room is right next to the bed and water would leak out as the door could not be closed completely. Location is 5 min walk to a huge mall. We could see construction workers just right out of our window. Vehicle charging is available.

The hotel is relatively new and the room is clean. The front desk lady provided good service and upgraded the room. The hotel provides free minibus service to the airport. This is all good! The only bad thing is the restaurant service. I ordered a bowl of noodles, but it was not cooked for half an hour. I didn't eat it in the end. It's useless to complain, just go and complain. What a rubbish service! Two elderly people cooked and their attitude was very bad. How did they recruit such people?

Praise first of all, the front desk lady sister service attitude is better than the front desk, and also help to upgrade the parent-child room, the room is very large and clean. The mattress pillow is very comfortable and sleeps well all night. The location is excellent opposite Wanda Plaza. There is a self-service laundry room, but there is a washing machine and a dryer. The hotel is small and the elevator is smaller. It can accommodate 4.5 individuals and there is an elevator. Breakfast is too simple and there are few varieties, but the hotel price is not low may be the reason for the good location. The overall feeling is not cost-effective.
