It’s amazing place for families , new hotel clean and big place , with infinity pool you can see pleasant sunset. We spent Mid-Autumn festival holiday with non stop activities. It was nice dinner with party show. Staying in PATA hotel gives the free access also the water park , amusement park , zoo and the hot spring spa. A lot of things can be enjoyed. We plan to visit it next time to enjoy the more. We thanking Ms.Xiao Chen she guided us for all activities times and access also the restaurants. Support us all around the day till late night. Fast check in and check out. Strongly recommended this hotel for your holidays. One place for everything.

Brand new hotel, clean rooms and nicely decorated family rooms with bunk beds. Hotspring a bit dated, good fun at the petting zoo. Delicious food at the chiu chow restaurant inside the hotel. Decent variety for breakfast. Attentive service by butler (小欣). Looking forward to visit again when weather is cooler.

The hotel is located next to Ocean spring and there is a golf car style transfer car, which is very convenient for guests to go there. The facilities are 5 star level and the room is spacious with a balcony(only shower room flush is a bit weak). The staff was very kind and welcoming even though I couldn't speak Chinese as a foreigner, especially "Jin Yile(A1076)" helped us to navigate the hotel and assisted with us throughout wechat and showed her kindness and services. Thank you very much. The restaurant we visited the Japanese restaurant and we enjoyed the taste and freshness. Next time we'd love to re-visit there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my first time total at The PATA Hotel with my families total 14 persons during this Easter Holidays. Hotel rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are polite & helpful in particular check in staff A1250 she is excellent very helpful and nice. She provided excellent service and provided detailed information, answered all my enquires promptly. Breakfast is good many varieties. Hotel provided free shuttles go around nearby areas… very convenient. I will recommend friends to stay at PATA. Thanks

Japanese Resturant on 7/F not delivering good service and serving food late. The water park is old and not exclusive for hotel guests which is quite disappointing.

It has lots of things for kids to play around the hotel, great breakfast, spacious rooms, lots of pools and rides for kids, will defined stay again

Both service and facilities must be managed. Spoiled our day

Best Worth for families with kids many activities for kids

Nice and perfect resort to spend with family especially if you have kids. The only downside is the buffet dinner with not many selection, also the Mysterious Island was not worthed coz most of the games were closed and some needed extra payment to play, but the free park was huge and the kids were happy. Hot spring was soooo good. Note, if you are driving there, they do have charging spots inside the resort which was a plus point for us.

The hotel was very new, clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and abundant and the Chinese restaurant was of high quality.
