Ulasan Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai

Checked in on 1/7. Daniel, Anderson & Rainey were helpful and welcoming. Got upgraded with Macau view room. Room was new, clean and comfortable. No weird smell at all. Overall very satisfied with the service and the room. Will sure stay again. Extremely close to Hengqin Border. However, the shower door should be pushed instead of pulled from outside cos cannot put the floor mat in any way. So that’s where it should improve. Buffet breakfast was good but not much variety tho.

this is my second time staying in the same hotel in two months. i choose it again because of the location. it is right next to the 24/7 hengqin boarder. it’s so close that you can just wake up and cross the boarder to macau for breakfast. it’s also 15 mins away from chimelong ocean kingdom. the location is the key. there are also some restaurants and malls around, though options not much. but it’s enough. the staffs are super friendly. every time the upgraded me. this time is a corner room. much more spacious than last time. a whole 180 degree window with the zhuhai and macau view. i would recommend to my friends.

We are amazed by the friendly hospitality and professional services from the front desk no matter day or night shift staffs, especially Shirley, Peggy, Rainey and Anderson. Not to mention the convenient location to get to Macau via HENGQIN port, only mins away by foot. We would recommend to book your next stay with Artzyen

Great hotel location close to Cotai Macau boarder; Top service front desk. Special thanks to a very friendly staff Ms Peggy Lui at the front desk who had been so helpful, and appreciated a Male staff who had helped at my arrival with beautiful surprise. Thanks Peggy for her professional help on my booking, and had made my check out ended up super smooth crossing over my sudden plan change. Top service hotel I would recommend to all my friends.

We booked 2 rooms with 2 families at hotel rooms with high or vaulted ceilings add a sense of grandeur and spaciousness to the room. Use those taller walls for impressive artwork or statement lighting fixtures.

Room super clean and location super convenient, just right next to Macau port . Car park said it's free but the machine not work with the qr code which reception gave, so we took a while to solve the problem. Other than that all great
