Awful. While the hotel offers spacious rooms with decent views (particularly those facing the ocean), my stay was significantly marred by cleanliness issues. The room fell short of basic hygiene standards - stained floors in the bathroom, visible dust coating the TV cabinet, and unpleasant grime/moisture marks on both the tissue box and sink countertop left us feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay. Additional inconveniences came from the elevator system. With only two compact elevators servicing all floors, wait times became excessive during peak hours. We frequently encountered overcrowded cabins that felt unpleasantly cramped, especially when transporting luggage. Though the property shows potential with its room size and seaside location, urgent improvements in housekeeping quality and facility maintenance are needed to match guests' fundamental expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel is great, staff are all nicely and helpful, and the room is tidy and exceptional clean. The view is spectacular and what’s more… they extended our check out time to 2pm. The only downside is the room doesn’t have many socket for charging.

It is a very good hotel. Clean and comfortable. The only inadequacy is that the hotel has only 2 elevators. You may need to wait for a long time before you can get in especially during rush hours. There is a suggestion I would like make. I think it will be nice to have the robot stand at the corner of the elevator instead of at the center so that other people can get in.
