I've always loved staying at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel. It's been a long time since my last visit, but the staff member I encountered remembered me as a returning guest and upgraded my room. The view was incredibly beautiful, and the room itself was spacious and tidy. The breakfast spread was also rich and varied. Everything was just as wonderful as I remembered.

Facilities: All very new. Cleanliness: Good, up to par. Environment: Couldn't ask for more, right by the sea, and the location is key. Service: Very attentive and thoughtful service, thumbs up! I'll definitely come again. The professional and accommodating service from the front desk lady was a huge plus.

I have stayed here for the second time. Hotel is good located at prime area with excellent view of Zhuhai and Macau tower. Reservation staff, Lena is very friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

The overall view, cleanliness, smell, and environment are all exceptionally good. Staying here just makes you feel expansive, happy, and worry-free. Plus, the bathtub and bathroom are quite comfortably designed. The main highlight is the stunning sea view. If you like it, go for it! Thanks, Lene.

Came to Zhuhai during the Double Eleven pre-sale and got an upgrade from our Executive Seaview Twin Room. It included breakfast, executive lounge access, and happy hour – such great value for money! From the balcony, you can see the Macau Tower, the view is incredible. It's also very convenient for the Gongbei Port. The environment is great and the service is excellent too~

Came to Zhuhai with family to see the ocean and stayed here for two nights. Pros: The sea view is absolutely stunning, parking is convenient, and the hotel is very quiet, so my family rested well. Cons: On the first night, the metal strip at the top of the bathroom stall door came loose, making a screeching noise every time it opened. I called the front desk the next morning to have them fix it. On the second night, the shower wouldn't drain, and after showering, the entire bathroom was flooded. All the bath towels and hand towels laid on the floor couldn't soak it all up, and the bathroom was still completely wet the next morning. I won't be coming back here again. Next time, I'll try the hotel next door.

My spouse and I came to Zhuhai for a trip and were very satisfied with the hotel. What first drew us to book the Sheraton was the indoor swimming pool – it's absolutely fantastic. Measuring 25m x 10m, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people swimming at once without feeling crowded. The water is very clean, and the temperature is just right, neither too hot nor too cold. On the east side, there's a large floor-to-ceiling window, with lounge chairs facing a beautiful sea view. Around 7 AM, sunlight streams in through these windows, making the entire pool area feel vibrant and energetic. The morning sun shining into the water creates a dazzling, shimmering golden effect that's truly captivating. After swimming 1200 meters, a sauna session completely melts away any fatigue. The second highlight is the unbeatable sea view, complete with a balcony. In the evening, you get to enjoy the charming night lights of Macau, and in the morning, you can soak in the breathtaking sunrise – it's truly refreshing. The breakfast selection is extensive, and being able to dine with a sea view is just wonderful.

The room environment was excellent, and the facilities were very new. The bathtub even had a leather surround that served as a pillow, which was a thoughtful touch. I left something behind at the hotel when I checked out, and the staff not only found it for me but also quickly helped me mail it back. The service was fantastic.

I booked this hotel for the Macau Fireworks Festival. It was incredibly crowded that day, and the service definitely suffered. It took ages for my ice and cutlery request to be delivered. The location, though, is absolutely unbeatable. It's a bit old, given it's a decade-old hotel. The beds here are incredibly comfortable; I wish I knew the brand. I stayed at three different hotels over three days, and the Sheraton's bed was surprisingly the best. However, the lounge was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking it unless you're specifically there for the fireworks. In the evening, there was only one meat dish (duck) and some starchy meatballs. The desserts were very basic, and the Chilean wine was so astringent it was almost undrinkable; plus, there was no dedicated bartender. Afternoon tea consisted of just biscuits and fruit, and the biscuits weren't even good. The breakfast on the second day had a good variety, nothing special, but certainly enough to fill you up. The coffee beans from Huafa were as bad as ever – incredibly bitter. It's the same at the Marriott's Huafa; I don't know why. The service, however, was excellent. With so many people during the National Day holiday, they implemented a queuing system for breakfast. While waiting, they provided various pastries, fruits, and coffee. The male staff member managing the queue was incredibly patient, and the breakfast team deserves praise for that. There's also a swimming pool, a wet and dry sauna, a children's pool, and a 24-hour gym, which is great. Nearby, there's a Huafa shopping mall with plenty of food options, including a good cha chaan teng. Overall, the location is superb, and the fireworks view from the 18th floor is unparalleled. The service is also good, apart from the subpar food. It's still worth coming back, but it's a bit dated; a renovation would make it even better.

The room size was quite good, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfect for modern habits. The hotel's location is very convenient; at night, you can take a stroll along the beach, feel the breeze, listen to music, and enjoy the night view of Macau across the water, which was incredibly relaxing. The hotel lobby is very grand and perfectly matches the exhibition center next door. Plus, the executive lounge and restaurant are both excellent. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

This was my second visit to Sheraton Zhuhai. Last year, I found my room a bit noisy because it was next to the elevator, and I mentioned it. They told me I'd get free breakfast next time I stayed. Before checking in this time, I messaged them on WeChat, and surprisingly, the offer was still valid after a whole year! When I checked in, it was super busy. I waited over an hour in the lobby before getting to my room. Then I noticed the room had a strong odor, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. After another WeChat message, they moved me to a different room and even upgraded me to a suite! Their crisis management deserves a huge thumbs up. My two-day stay was incredibly comfortable. They even gave me a teddy bear, a lovely dessert platter, and fruit. Sheraton truly excels at these thoughtful touches. Thank you to the staff for trying their best to fulfill all my requests and resolve any issues over these two days! I'll definitely choose Sheraton Zhuhai again for my next trip.

Excellent as always! The service attitude is impeccable. The lobby of this Huafa Sheraton has a unique, antique-style decor. The rooms, however, have more of a business-like feel. My favorite part is definitely the balcony with a view. This stay was primarily for the Macau fireworks display, and watching them from our balcony was absolutely fantastic!

Apart from a slightly crowded check-in and just an okay breakfast, all other services and facilities were pretty good. There were afternoon tea snacks to tide you over and drinks available in the evening.

Choosing the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations and delivered a perfect experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, a delightful holiday vibe washed over me. First and foremost, I have to highly praise the service attitude here! Whether it was the front desk staff checking me in, the concierge, or the restaurant staff, every single person greeted me with a smile, initiated hellos, and was warm and thoughtful. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and the staff patiently introduced all of the hotel's facilities, making me feel incredibly warm and cared for. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, whether you want to work out, swim, or relax, it has you covered. The gym is well-equipped, and running while facing the ocean was particularly invigorating. What surprised me the most was the outdoor pool, which seamlessly blends with the sea and sky, offering breathtaking views – perfect for stunning photos! Shortly after checking in, housekeeping delivered welcome fruits. Although not something expensive, this gesture instantly made us, weary from travel, feel the hotel's meticulous attention and care, warming our hearts. I stayed in a sea-view room, which was spacious and bright, with luxurious and elegant decor. But the most stunning aspect was the beautiful sea view outside the window! The huge floor-to-ceiling window was like a dynamic widescreen painting, offering panoramic views of the magnificent sea and the Macau city skyline. Especially in the evening, watching the sunset paint the sky and sea golden – that feeling of healing and relaxation is simply indescribable. All in all, this was an impeccable stay. From the hardware facilities and attentive service to the fantastic views, everything left a deep impression on me. I've already recommended it to my friends, and next time I come to Zhuhai, this will definitely be my top choice!
