Ulasan Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

It’s a very cool place to stay especially in Zhuhai, at the new developing area. Nice to stay in a place that is relatively quiet compared to to the busy areas in Zhuhai. We love the free upgrades, to have a small balcony to enjoy the view of both Macao and China. Also thanks for a front desk staff called “Lia”, who gave us a free departing gift. Will definitely be back here and recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you.

A great hotel with excellent service. We checked in late and ended up upgraded to room with the amazing view!

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and the location was very convenient to Chimelong and Macao. The stay was enjoyable thanks to the enthusiastic staff. Special thanks to Jane and Minnie, who went above and beyond to fulfill my family’s requests. Highly recommend!

Received warm welcome check in and out in Reception. Clean room and excellent sea view. Only thing needs to consider is a proper bar like the hotel next door.

Lia and carl are so helpful when we were checking in the hotel. They are very concerned about the guests well being and their stay. When the concern of a birthday was brought up, they even prepared a Sheraton bear as a gift to my daughter.👍👍👍

Very helpful staff made our birthday stay special and memorable. Views of Macau were excellent and as advertised. Only issue we had is the beds very very soft (our problem, not the hotels) but the staff were very helpful trying to make our stay more comfortable.

We stay one night in this hotel. The facilities were maintained in good condition. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was served well. Highly recommended.

I had a nice stay at the Zhuhai Sheraton. The peaceful environment and great balcony view were amazing. Lia and Minnie made check-in super easy. Lia also checked in on me to ensure everything was perfect. April and Jasmine wrapped things up nicely at checkout. The friendly staff really made my experience enjoyable!

A peaceful place to stay. The staff are friendly and wish to help. My wife and I have late arrived to check-in at about 2:00am, but Rita who is the receptionist still very nice to offer a free upgrade room and extend our check-out time to the 6:00pm next day. These made us appreciated and have more time to enjoy the staying. The room is big and everything is clean in the room, the hotel also have the best sightseeing of Macao! Wonderful day!

A comfortable stay in Zhu Hai. The room was very clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony and the view of the Macao skyline was spectacular. The staff were attentive and offered top notch hospitality. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Zhu Hai.

Super good view. Free parking, and perfect facilities, especially swimming pools . Rita and Lia are very helpful and nice. Worth to come back again.
