Well, they didn't speak English which is okay because I speak some Chinese but others may have issues with it.
The room was overall okay, they did warn me when I was checking in that under the hotel there's a KTV so it can be a little noisy until 2.00 am. But I think it was actually not that bad.
The problem was the service attitude that when I went down to ask for help because the wifi didn't work, I was told to go back to my room and they will come to solve it soon. Now that took 3 hours until I marched down and told the guy at the front desk how upset I am and I was told, again, to go back to my room and they would be coming shortly. I told him I'm not going anywhere in a quiet upset tone that convinced him to finally come and help.
Besides, when I couldn't tell something in Chinese they didn't even try helping to translate anything.
So overall, the room is good, the service attitude not that much.
