This is one of the few quality hotels on Hengqin Island. The breakfast selection is extensive, service is prompt and efficient, and the rooms are of a consistently good standard. It's about a 15-minute drive to Hengqin Huafa Mall and also very close to Hengqin's most beautiful sunset viewing spot. I highly recommend staying here if you're planning to watch Macau's fireworks from Hengqin. When the fireworks conclude, traffic leaving the island can be heavy, but while others are stuck in queues, you'll already be relaxing back at the hotel!

Absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was cozy and spacious. Its location is superb, especially for visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The rooms offer excellent value for money and are very comfortable. Breakfast was also quite decent. They even offer a shuttle service that you can book. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located near Hengqin's most beautiful sunset photo spot, offering panoramic sea views. The service was good, and the lobby design truly lives up to the Hilton brand. However, the room facilities were quite dated, with stained carpets, and unfortunately, a leaking sink drain. This was rather disappointing.

I received a complimentary room upgrade from the front desk. They also provided breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast spread was generous and delicious. However, the location is a bit out of the way. My five-star rating is specifically for the hotel management; I'm deeply grateful for their consideration and support for people with disabilities by employing them, as this offers them invaluable social affirmation.

The room was clean and quite spacious. For those driving, underground parking is available, but check-in is on the fifth floor. There are several small eateries nearby, and the hotel also offers 24-hour dining. The views are expansive, and it's very quiet. Chimelong is just a 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel provides a generous breakfast, making it perfect for a self-driving trip to Chimelong.

The room was impeccably clean, odor-free, offered an expansive view, and the bedding was pristine. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even the AC technician was responsible, thorough, and very friendly. The buffet featured a rich variety of delicious dishes, and the dining area provided a great view in a comfortable setting.

The room was clean and felt very cozy. The views were spectacular, with the sea practically at our doorstep. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and amenities were always promptly replenished. Breakfast was bountiful, offering a wide variety of options. Aria provided excellent service.

We were very satisfied with our stay during this trip. The service from the lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic; she was very thoughtful in providing amenities for our children. After our first night, we wanted to switch to a room with a better view, and she enthusiastically helped us arrange a high-floor room, even giving us a small complimentary gift 🎁. If we visit Hengqin again, we would definitely choose to stay here 👍.

Cons: 1. The facilities are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. Our room had a noticeable musty smell, and the carpets weren't very clean. 2. The TV wasn't a smart TV, and the channel selection was quite limited. 3. Dining and takeout options in the surrounding area are extremely scarce. Pros: 1. The service was excellent; staff were highly responsive and genuinely enthusiastic in addressing any issues. 2. It was truly inspiring to see that the hotel employs individuals from vulnerable groups, showcasing a strong sense of corporate social responsibility. 3. They offer a complimentary, fixed-schedule shuttle service to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom.

Had an extremely satisfying trip. The hotel in Hengqin is uncrowded and offers a wonderfully peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There were attractions nearby, though I unfortunately didn't get a chance to visit the Camping Town. The staff, however, were incredibly helpful and even presented us with a small gift. The room upgrade was fantastic; the room itself was beautiful. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

The hotel boasts a modern design, and the rooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and their service is truly outstanding. They readily provide extra blankets, cotton swabs, and other daily essentials free of charge. The indoor swimming pool is a great amenity, and our kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety.

The hotel is located in Hengxing, on the west side and relatively close to Haian, though it's a quiet area. I checked the map and found a highly-rated sunset spot nearby – it's by a factory and features a seawall. Even though I missed the actual sunset, I still went to check it out. It looks like a great place for camping on a good weather day. The hotel's pool is supposed to be open until 9 PM, but the staff started clearing it for cleaning by 8:30 PM, which was quite disappointing.

The location and room setup were impeccable. There's a dedicated shuttle bus to Chimelong, and booking was a breeze. The hotel noticed we hadn't booked breakfast, and upon seeing we were Ctrip VIP members, they kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for four days. They even thoughtfully gave our child a small gift. During our stay, we were caught in a typhoon and were confined to the hotel. Thankfully, the swimming pool was a lifesaver for keeping our child entertained. Also due to the typhoon, their in-house restaurant was overwhelmed with guests. What's more, they surprisingly had set service times even during the day; it was impossible to get a table during peak hours due to the crowds, but once the rush subsided, the chefs had already left. As a result of the typhoon, all nearby supermarkets and restaurants were closed, leaving us without options for lunch. This was really the only downside to the hotel.
