Great hotel with an amazing view on the bay from the room. The room was wide and very clean. Great service from the hotel who helped us getting a bus to Chimelong, help us with tourist attractions... The breakfast is great with a lot of choice. The hotel is in a peaceful area but from walkable distance to many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really great stay. I wasn't completely satisfied with the room type during check-in, but they very patiently helped us change to a different one. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of breads.

The room was very clean and cozy, with a great view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The bedding was super comfortable, and I especially loved the exquisite breakfast. It's definitely a worthwhile stay for families.

The sea view room lives up to its name. I chose this hotel specifically for its location – a short path leads directly to the beach, and a sightseeing bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. The location is truly unbeatable. While there's room for improvement in service quality, the managerial staff demonstrated the ability to resolve unexpected issues, which is commendable. My request for a late check-out was also granted without a fuss. The cleaning staff were always friendly and greeted guests. The breakfast spread was very rich and highly recommended. 👍 I'm glad I picked this beachfront hotel close to the border, as the chaos and noise at the border crossing are quite a headache. The hotel's Year of the Horse decorations were a heartwarming touch. I would definitely consider staying at the Zhuhai Holiday Resort again if I return to Zhuhai. 😊

After escaping Chimelong, I came to the Seaview Hotel, and it was a rare moment of peace and relaxation. The hotel's location is superb, offering a distant view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and just across the street from the seaside promenade. During the Spring Festival, we caught the concentrated fireworks display in Zhuhai and got to watch to our heart's content. Not far away is the must-visit Jin Yue Xuan restaurant, which truly lives up to its reputation. When we left, I unexpectedly met Mr. Shi Xiaoyuan, the concierge, and once again experienced the warmth of Chinese hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Ban Shan Hai Wan in Beijing and their hotel in Chengdu!

During my stay over the Chinese New Year, what impressed me most was how much the staff cared. From the moment we checked in, Manager Juanjuan from housekeeping personally visited our room and even brought us a lucky gift bag with auspicious meanings. Every day, we received warm greetings and gentle reminders about meal times. Traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about dining arrangements, but Manager Juanjuan was incredibly thoughtful and helped us sort everything out – I'm truly grateful for that. I'm quite particular about pillows, and I found the ones in the room a bit too flat. After mentioning it to Manager Juanjuan, she promptly provided an extra cassia seed pillow, which was incredibly comfortable. This level of service alone motivated me to write a positive review, as I had such a good night's sleep that night, feeling completely at ease, just like at home. Many thanks to Manager Juanjuan for her two days of excellent service and assistance. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is pretty good. You just cross the road from the hotel entrance, go down some steps, and walk through a green belt, and you're right on the Lovers' Road pedestrian path. The room wasn't as spacious as I'd imagined, and having only one bathroom for a family room felt a bit inconvenient. However, the view from the bathtub was quite nice.

The service and breakfast at the Grand Hyatt are definitely highlights. From Mr. Geng and Mr. Wang, who handled the pier transfers, to Manager Shi at the concierge, Ms. Zhou at the front desk, and Ms. Pan at the restaurant, everyone was incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The staff are clearly well-trained. The hotel is nestled against the mountains and faces the sea, and our upgraded sea-view room offered fantastic views. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great too. Overall, it was a very good experience, exceeding our expectations!👍

The hotel restaurant also offers a rich breakfast spread. The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service to Chimelong and a special car to the train station when checking out.

This was my second stay at the Grand Bay Hotel, and the service was just as excellent as before. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and they offer a full range of shuttle services to various ports and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The location is also superb. If I ever visit Zhuhai again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The hotel environment is great, the location is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is rich, and there's a huge kids' play area on the second floor where my child went twice a day and had a blast. Right outside the hotel, you can bike along Lovers' Road, which was very pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Zhuhai. Highly recommend!

They have a great kids' play area that opens at 9 AM and is very clean. You can even get bed rails for the beds, which is a nice touch. The service overall was really good; I'm very satisfied! There are lots of good restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. Just a heads-up, make sure to book Jin Yue Xuan in advance!
