Hotel is kind of dated but is clean. The room was quite spacious and the staff was nice.

Thank you for the lady who did my check-in. Was very fast c/i actually. The first room I had was so bad. The bed was really hard and have the strong smell of ciggar. I requested a non-smoking room upon my booking. So I went back to the reception and asked for a room change. A lady assisted me from FO named Li and changed my room on the same floor with a little softer bed. The TV on the second room doesn’t have the signal so I had to figure out why it’s not working. Turned out the hdmi was loosen.

Hotel employees are very helpful. I requested a late checkout due to a late evening flight & was happily approved by Ms Lee at the reception desk. During the check out process, it was a delightful experience to be greeted by my name & Ms Cai was very helpful in organising my luggage’s to be stored with Concierge service. Due the extremely hot weather, she kindly offered me some bottled drinks produced locally by this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to international travellers as a great place to stay. I will come back to stay here on my next trip to Zhuhai. Well done & thank you.

Kudos to the management and staff! You can tell this was an old hotel but it was really well maintained - no clogged drains, strong showers, working heater, etc. Best of all, got a free upgrade to huge room with projector - pre-installed IQIYI app even had VIP access! Thanks to Ms Wangxiao Ting for making our overnight stay worthwhile.

The room is clean and tidy, attendees at front very nice and showing politely, handling check in procedure in a efficiently manners. I have used this hotel more than twenty years.
