這次去珠海長隆玩，我入住了長隆站輕居酒店，這一趟下來，體驗感直接拉滿！本來開開心心玩了一整天，誰知道晚上準備回酒店的時候碰上大難題，打車軟件上排了老長的隊，路邊等車的人也是烏泱泱一片，根本打不到車。眼瞅着時間越來越晚，我心裏又着急又無奈，沒辦法，衹好給酒店前台打了電話碰碰運氣。電話剛掛沒幾分鐘，就接到了回電，原來是酒店前台經理，説他馬上開車過來接我們，這效率真把我驚到了！掛了電話，我心裏還是有點將信將疑，覺得這麼晚了，又趕上過年，人家能這麼痛快幫忙嗎？結果才過了十幾分鍾，就看到一輛車穩穩停在面前，經理從車上下來，笑着跟我們打招呼，還特別麻溜地幫我們把行李搬到車上。路上閑聊，我才知道這位經理叫谷巷，當時都已經下班了。人家本可以舒舒服服休息，卻為了我們又跑這一趟，我心裏實在過意不去，可谷巷卻一直笑着説這都是小事，讓我們別放在心上。到了酒店，我這心裏還暖烘烘的，就想着一定要好好誇誇谷巷和這家酒店。長隆站輕居酒店位置好，去長隆園區特別方便，沒想到服務更是沒話説。這次經歷，讓我對這家酒店好感爆棚，以後不管是自己旅遊，還是推薦給朋友，長隆站輕居酒店必須是首選，就沖這服務，我鐵定粉上了！🙈🙈🙈

This is an inexpensive hotel in a nice location. Just opposite the Hengqin ferry terminal. Near the buzzing food street in Hengqin town. The room was clean and comfortable though you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast with McDonalds breakfast being just down the street.

民宿感覺很好，整個入住體驗過程非常愉快且放心，房間佈局也是我很喜歡的風格，很簡約的日系風格，各類設施齊全，暖氣也有！衛生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！兩位管家也非常貼心友好，跟他們聊天很愉快～
總結：無論從服務、安全性、程度來說，真的很適合出行的人群，隔音建議多塞海綿條對覺輕的人不太友好。距離海洋王國驅車6分鐘非常便利，周邊吃飯也很方便。我認為從性價比這個角度來說真的有打動到我！下次還會再回來的！～

突然決定去去澳門，於是選擇了從橫琴口岸進，晚上就把酒店定在了橫琴。找到了一家價格環境都很棒的名宿！
環境方面:可以説酒店裡麪沒有任何的衞生死角，小到風筒插頭桌子這些，大到陽台窗户，都沒有灰塵。床單也很乾凈。所以住起來非常安心。
酒店設施:酒店是以別墅改建。有地下停車場。衹有幾個房間，但看着都很精緻，我和藍朋友定的是四樓帶浴缸的。房間真的很大，每個區域都分佈合理。重點是用具方面也很用心，投影是吉米，風筒和熱水壺是小米的，用的紙巾和礦泉水是山姆的，洗漱用品都是獨立單瓶包裝，狠狠戳心了，堪比隔壁瑞吉酒店。
服務:前台很貼心給我們辦了入住服務，後面也貼心的幫我們把外賣送上樓，早上還有專門準備的早餐，期間給我們泡了手沖。
希望老闆越做越好，下次來澳門還預訂你家！

今次旅程是第二次再訂，第一次與朋友嚟，已經覺得唔錯，最好嘅就係近創新方，有直通車站及可以到創新方食及玩。
雖然他們房間唔算多，但如果幾個家庭一齊住，都容易給小朋友走動。尤其我兩家庭朋友訂的是有花園房，但遺憾的事每天有雨不來享用到。
最後一缺點，訂四間房間裏，有一間冷氣壞了，要用到風扇去處理，也沒有安排換房給他們，幸好這幾天下雨過，沒有這麼熱！

CCharlene21The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China.
We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

ZZhudouThe location is right next to the Hengqin Port. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The railway is on the ground floor of the shop.
The room is very advanced with automatic control curtains. Modern design, comfortable room. Robots deliver meals. The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager John explained how Alipay works in China, and he also drove me to the mobile phone store to help me open a SIM card. This was a great help for a foreigner like me. Thanks again John.

RRick320Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early.
Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother.
The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside.
Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range.
Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

PPengguna TetamuIt is a very nice hotel, very clean and the rooms are big enough and tidy. Our room was in the 32/f facing the city view. The lights in the buildings outside also look nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, and definitely no noise from other rooms and no smell of cigarette smoke from the corridors and in our room during our entire stay.

PPengguna TetamuOur room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.

Kkc15I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese!
My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day!
Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around.
But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it.
The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting!
We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was.
We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER.
No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either)
This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
