因為臨時預訂，又是國慶假期，島上其他酒店看起來都很舊，所以2000多塊定了這個四季酒店（實際上和四季沒有關係，也不是品牌連鎖）的親子房（雖然沒帶孩子，但是最後一間沒得選）。酒店外觀很好，看起來蠻高級的，離碼頭很近；步行兩百米可達，根本不需要車。但是酒店大堂需要上八個台階，沒有行李斜坡通道（盲人和輪椅♿️客户怎麼辦？），所以硬搬了兩個行李箱到前台辦入住，辦完服務員幫忙拿行李到房間。房間居然就是沿街的，感覺是沿街店鋪改的。房間很大，很乾凈，但是設施都是不知名品牌，最大的問題是：【硅膠甲醛味極大】，我看了下應該是洗手間用了劣質硅膠剛打了膠，所以味道非常大，晚上都沒法睡，一晚上下來我嗎兩人喉嚨都疼了，頭昏腦脹的，甲醛中毒的感覺。這樣的房間怎麼能當親子房？希望後面的旅客千萬別帶孩子住這個酒店。酒店人員服務態度都很好；沒有網上説的那麼差，但這個味道真的是要命的。

房間很近碼頭，5分鐘就步行到了。在二樓，門口在港式茶餐廳隔壁有門口進入搭電梯/走樓梯。樓下環境比較老舊，上2樓很光猛很新，房間蠻大的，舒服，海景就在面前。距離愛民街、江興飯店等景點都很近。水溫洗澡很舒服，空調也舒服，不錯喔

環境挺寧靜的，房間也挺乾淨的，店長的服務也很不錯，主動聯繫提前預訂小車來接送我們，我們去的時候剛好人比較少的時候，還可以給我們升級房間，很好商量，很好溝通，島民很好相處，溝通也挺開心的，吃的也不錯，價格不高，畢竟島上物資都需要船運送，可以理解，希望小島越來越好，下次再來～

It was good. Clean, kind reception desk, free shuttle bus. The breakfast a bit simple, and the bedroom is not too big. The bed was a bit hard for us. AC very convenient. Overall, good stay.

KKISHORE KUMARHotel staff very helpful, English speaking staff only 1 or 2 , Mostly I use the Google Translate.who is vegetarian better find a way for your food other wise not a good option any of Chimelong hotel.they don’t have any vegetarian food in the ocean kingdom or the spaceship park . In hotel you can have a good breakfast which we enjoyed a lot but for kids have to pay 98RMB (for 9 years old and 150 cm tall . Other than the food we enjoyed a lot .

TTsing TsingI've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions. This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered. The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent. The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again. My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

DDroliPositives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable. They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

BbeebiezHotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient, connecting basement pathways to the border underground mall. Surrounding lots of restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. There is even a Karaoke bar within the building in another tower. I was in a sea view room, although the sea was a bit far, but got a nice wide view. Only drawback is the busy traffic entering and departing from the hotel by car/taxi, but can work around if you fit more time in advance to your schedule. Overall very good experience, and I will return for sure.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable! The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors. While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views. Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
