MM431657****The driver dropped us off on the ground floor, and the greeter at the entrance was very polite and helped us with our luggage. Since the reception is on the second floor, we asked a staff member near the jewelry counter, who then had us walk a rather long way around to reach the elevator. The receptionist, however, was quite unhelpful regarding the hotel's complimentary perks; she only shared information when specifically asked, rather than proactively offering it. Perhaps this was because our booking was made through Ctrip.
The room itself was great, and I really liked the layout. It would have been better if the welcome fruit had been delivered to the room before our check-in. As Ctrip provided a voucher, we decided to try the restaurant. The food was good, offered decent value for money, and generally didn't disappoint, though the complimentary dessert at the end was a bit underwhelming.
When we checked out, our driver couldn't locate the second-floor entrance, so the greeter at the door personally ran downstairs to find him. On such a hot day, this was truly commendable, and I regret not catching his name or staff ID. However, the front desk receptionist remained unhelpful and indifferent. My positive feedback for service is solely directed at the greeter and other staff members. The only minor letdown was not having a sea view.

SShengnanchenI booked this hotel for the Macau Fireworks Festival. It was incredibly crowded that day, and the service definitely suffered. It took ages for my ice and cutlery request to be delivered. The location, though, is absolutely unbeatable. It's a bit old, given it's a decade-old hotel.
The beds here are incredibly comfortable; I wish I knew the brand. I stayed at three different hotels over three days, and the Sheraton's bed was surprisingly the best. However, the lounge was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking it unless you're specifically there for the fireworks. In the evening, there was only one meat dish (duck) and some starchy meatballs. The desserts were very basic, and the Chilean wine was so astringent it was almost undrinkable; plus, there was no dedicated bartender. Afternoon tea consisted of just biscuits and fruit, and the biscuits weren't even good.
The breakfast on the second day had a good variety, nothing special, but certainly enough to fill you up. The coffee beans from Huafa were as bad as ever – incredibly bitter. It's the same at the Marriott's Huafa; I don't know why. The service, however, was excellent. With so many people during the National Day holiday, they implemented a queuing system for breakfast. While waiting, they provided various pastries, fruits, and coffee. The male staff member managing the queue was incredibly patient, and the breakfast team deserves praise for that. There's also a swimming pool, a wet and dry sauna, a children's pool, and a 24-hour gym, which is great. Nearby, there's a Huafa shopping mall with plenty of food options, including a good cha chaan teng.
Overall, the location is superb, and the fireworks view from the 18th floor is unparalleled. The service is also good, apart from the subpar food. It's still worth coming back, but it's a bit dated; a renovation would make it even better.

MM18925****1. The hotel is very close to Hengqin Port, just a seven to eight-minute walk, making it super convenient to go to Macau. There's a billiards table on the first floor, which my kids loved! The rooftop swimming pool, with a heated section, is also fantastic!
2. The first day our room was quite small, but on the second day, we were upgraded to a suite. The price difference we paid was much better than what Ctrip offered, so kudos to them!
3. A small suggestion: please improve the bottled water selection.

SshirleyRTaking my family to Chimelong this time, staying at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely worth it, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel location is super convenient, with dedicated shuttle buses directly to all the parks. There are so many buses you barely have to wait, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The ocean-themed design of the lobby immediately captured my children's attention upon entry. The areas are clearly divided, and the signposts are easy to understand. There are plenty of elevators that run quickly, so no long waits. Our room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The bedding felt great, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring our whole family had a deep sleep every night. The thoughtful details were impressive: multi-head chargers, complimentary bottled water and tea bags, and even special amenities for kids, which were very practical. We weren't disappointed with the food either. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of dishes, the Cantonese dim sum at the Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant was authentic, and the dishes at the Chinese restaurant were exquisitely prepared. The breakfast, in particular, offered local specialties and also catered to children's tastes, which was very considerate. The staff provided very professional service; check-in at the front desk was fast, bellhops proactively helped with luggage, and room service responded promptly when called. Check-out was even more convenient – just drop your key card in the express check-out box, no need to queue, which saved a lot of hassle. Other small details were also well-executed: ample parking spaces, including charging stations, which is great for those driving; the quiet hotel garden was perfect for an after-dinner stroll; and convenience stores and a pedestrian street were just a short walk away, making shopping and exploring easy. We were truly satisfied with our stay; both the facilities and service were impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Chimelong!

From the moment I decided to come to Zhuhai, I was torn about which hotel to choose. I finally settled on the Hyatt Regency Hengqin, and it certainly didn't disappoint me or my child.
Here are a few highlights for friends who are looking for recommendations:
1. **Hotel Size and Environment:** The hotel is enormous, and the environment is excellent. I didn't notice any cleanliness issues; the rooms were cleaned promptly, and the hotel's exterior was maintained on time, so the entire property, inside and out, was very clean.
2. **Service:** From the hotel entrance to the lobby, baggage check, and elevator area, there were always staff members available to provide directions and answer questions.
3. **Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment:** This hotel offers it all. There's both a Chinese and a Western restaurant. At the market, the manager personally scooped ice cream for us, and the young lady, Preeki, was very enthusiastic. All the service was great, a real kid-catcher!

MM363599****Staying at the Circus Hotel was absolutely worth it! The European town-style architecture is super eye-catching, and the rooms are packed with circus-themed elements. The cartoon decorations completely captivated my kids, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. It's just a 5-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom, which was incredibly convenient for heading back to the room when we were tired. A staff member proactively helped us with our luggage, reminded us about the early entry for hotel guests, and even recommended the Explorer's Land on the third floor. Any questions we had were answered instantly—they were thoughtful and reliable. The breakfast had a great variety, and the freshly made rice noodles were delicious. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time!

MM55324****From October 1st to October 5th, 2025, I stayed in room 4507, a sea-view room. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, and the sheets and towels were very clean. The staff were very friendly; they'd greet you with a ”good morning,” ”good afternoon,” or ”good evening,” whether they recognized you or not. When I called for an extra bed, it was brought up in less than ten minutes. Children over 12 even received two complimentary breakfasts. In the evening, they proactively came to the room to ask if we needed mineral water or room service. The sea-view room offered a superb view of the ocean, and as it was during the National Day celebrations, I could even watch the Macau Fireworks Display from bed. You could even see the Macau Tower and the sea view from the toilet! All in all, whether it's the facilities, the service, or the view, everything was top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

**Environment**: On the day of check-in, the front desk staff upgraded us to a Macau view sea-view room, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a perfect panoramic view of Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau, which really brightened my mood.
It's also right next to the border crossing, making transportation very convenient.
**Facilities**: The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. I really liked the room's decor, especially the mirrors placed at different angles, which I found very satisfying.
Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and will definitely choose Charming Holiday Hotel again for my next visit.
