Hotel Terbaik di Zibo

Bilik ini boleh menggunakan sedikit kemas kini tetapi ia bersih dan berdekatan dengan restoran dan bar. Perkhidmatan meja depan sangat baik dan kakitangan sangat mengalu-alukan.

Sarapan pagi ok, pertama kali saya pergi ke Zibo untuk urusan perniagaan, hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Stesen Zibo, hanya dua kilometer. Terdapat juga Vientiane Hui di sebelahnya, yang sangat sesuai untuk makan. Adik-adik di meja depan sangat sopan ~~~

Very good hotel and very close to the train station. The room was big and spacious. Easily find resturants in the nearby area.

酒店位置極好，距離八大局、人民公園、王府井等地方都很近，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，到牧羊村燒烤和又一村飯店都是步行10分鐘左右的距離，特別方便。房間也很寬敞，雙床房兩張床都是1.35米的，睡着特別舒服，酒店早餐也很贊，性價比很高，尤其誇一下酒店服務人員的態度，真的對待住客就像家人一樣，各種耐心的叮囑和建議，對我們的要求也是有求必應，下次再來淄博，還會選擇錦江之星。

Hotel baru yang bagus, bilik bersih. Perkhidmatan yang mesra cuma kawasannya agak kurang membangun tetapi hanya mengambil masa beberapa minit dengan teksi untuk sampai ke kawasan yang lebih maju. Akan tinggal mereka lagi.

Great hotel, we were surprised to find out when we asked for laundry service the staff advised they have a self-service laundromat. This was great we washed and dried all our clothes here without any fuss. The gymnasium facility was on point. Very friendly staff and well-spoken English. This is a beautiful hotel.

辦入住時，前台小姐給免費升級房型了，還主動給我們介紹周邊吃的、玩的地方，退房時，主動送上温的礦泉水，讓我們路上暖手用，還給孩子送上糖果。前台小姐姐們太熱情啦！房間裏的地暖效果特別好，晚上睡覺都會熱。通過這兩次入住桔子水晶，真是愛上了這個連鎖酒店，以後出遊一定首選桔子水晶！

My first stay at a Hampton again, since 19 years ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Staying at the Hampton in Zibo, Shandong was truly a most pleasant experience. Upon entering the foyer, we were well received by all staff present. We were politely greeted in English, and Ailsa assisted us with a prompt check in process. The facilities are well kept, and the Hotel is as good as new. Infact, it's one of the newest Hotels in Zibo, and everything is in immaculate order. We booked and stayed in one of the suites, and found the suite to be fairly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremly comfortable, from the mattress itself, to the bedding. Breakfast at the ”Hampton Restaurant” was excellent, as they have a huge variety of tasty dishes available. There are”Friendly staff” at the restaurant, and the facilities are immaculate. General Suggestions: I would suggest that the Hampton, provide additional drinking water. As they provided 2x bottles per room, per day, whereas the other hotels generally provide, at least 4x bottles per room, per day. Furthermore, I would suggest that the Hampton provide at least 2x rolls of toilet paper per day, as currently, only 1x roll is provided, per day (neighbouring hotels provide 2x rolls of toilet paper per day). (I doubt that there would be a significant cost implication in this regard). Note: There is a vending machine downstairs, which is convenient, should you require drinks or snacks. Other than these suggestions, we found the overall experience to be most pleasant. The checkout process was prompt and the staff at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Hampton Hotel in Zibo, to all travellers, foreign, and domestic.

My Wife and I, booked a weekend at the Zibo Hotel, this in good faith, as we enjoy visiting the restaurant often. We were advised by some locals that the Zibo Hotel is an aged hotel. Nevertheless, we wanted to experience it for ourselves. Check in went well, and the front desk staff were professional and courteous. The initial impact of the Hotel, when entering is that of an ”old” Hotel, yet, classic and timeless. ”Old”, is however not an issue in my opinion. Poor maintenance and standards however, are... Upon entering the room, there was an evident pungent odour, initially, I thought it to be that of cigarette smoke. I later came to the conclusion, that it's most probably due to the rising damp, which was all over the room, as well as in certain corridors. The ”suite” which we stayed in, had a huge bathtub and a sizeable shower as well. When running a bath, it was evident that the water temperature was perfect, with instant hot water, and good water pressure. Regretfully, the water was brown, most probably due to the pipes being aged. The bed was as hard as a rock, and in my opinion not on international standard. The lace curtains are terribly worn, and are not a good sight at all. Wallpaper on all the walls are either peeling off, or has evident water damage on it. The ceilings, especially in the bathroom, have severe water damage. I have never given a bad / poor rating to a Hotel, and derive no pleasure in doing such. However, I have to be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, foreign or domestic visitors. If you can look past the water damage, the aged appearance and tolerate the odour, then you are free to try the Zibo Hotel for yourself. I however, can, and will not accept such. As in my opinion, a Hotel should make you feel relaxed and should have a sense of beauty to it. Especially as this is the town's local Hotel, I honestly expected better. I am really dissapointed, not so much about the fact that the Hotel has aged as badly as it did, but because it was not rectified. I could not stay there for my entire booking, and requested a refund for the 2nd day booked, as we checked out after our 1st day spent. My honest recommendation to prospective guests would be to rather consider another of the neighbouring hotels. The reception did apologize, when I stated that I plan to check out earlier, primarily, due to the uncomfortable rock hard bed. Regretfully, they did not make any effort to retain our business, no alternative was offered or presented to us. Nevertheless, we walked across the road, and checked into another Hotel, our favorite as a matter of fact. It is also noteworthy, that this hotel is also a bit on the ”older” side, but unlike the Zibo Hotel, it's exceptionally well kept, fragrant and always a pleasure to visit. At least until such time as the Zibo Hotel has revamped the entire hotel.

Hotel was good. Check in was a bit hard for foreigners, but I understand it’s just part of the epidemic prevention procedures. Nothing much of the amenities that stood out, but the beds were really comfortable so that was good! It was a good stay, after all.
