環境：周邊環境特別好，山上綠化也不錯，酒店在半山腰，遠離城市的喧囂，晚上也很安靜，早上起床能在山上看見日出。
衞生：無論是山上和酒店內，衞生打掃的都很乾凈，看的出酒店很重視衞生清潔。
服務：服務更沒得説了，工作人員都很熱情，正值端午節，酒店工作人員還精心準備了粽子，送了我們農場種的杏子。
非常不錯的一次入住體驗，停車方便、環境優美、工作人員熱情、菜品也非常好吃，期待下次入住！

環境很整潔，關鍵是細節hhhhhh每一個一次性杯子都是用塑料袋單獨密封的，非常到位了。另外冬天嘛，地暖的效果也可以，不用另外開空調了。服務態度也非常好，洗衣房的烘乾機不會用，前台小姐姐很耐心的教，總之就是很奈斯

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in this Hotel a couple of times. Indeed a good Hotel but I think that the staff (or at least one of them) should speak English for overseas customers. It is true that with mobile phones everything is possible, but sometimes direct contact is better. Also, I suggest Ctrip have better deals for online booking. I had an unpleasant discussion (finally solved with the help of a very kind guy from Ctrip Customers' Service) due to the booking policy by Hampton. However, the Hotel is highly recommended.

KKeshinGood location, good service, but unfortunately there was an issue during my stay with the hotel water. After reporting it to the hotel staff, it was quickly seen to though. Apart from the cold morning shower, my stay was good. Hotel buffet is well stocked with several Eastern and Western dishes.

QQueenNatWooThe staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondOur most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well.
We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo.
We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday.
As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada.
We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”.
Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels).
Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future.
Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly.
Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from.
The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel.
Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times.
There was enough drinking water at all times.
The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible.

MMichaelThe hotel is located in the center of Zhangdian District, 100meters away from YiwuXiaoShangPinCheng. There are couple of convenience store and supermarket around.
However, there’s no refrigerator in the room, the TV are old and didn’t work well. The laundry doesn’t have drying service available, so we had to hang the clothes in the room. The lift doesn’t have security measures and people can take it anytime without the access card.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is really, really far from Zibobei (Zibo north) train station, but we were happy to see all of the lights and interesting buildings of Zibo during our long taxi ride! The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the usual Zibo train station, however. The reception desk was very kind and sell snacks and drinks even late at night so that you don't have to buy them elsewhere if you arrive late. We wanted to open the window at night for fresh air but couldn't figure out how to do so, so we had to settle for the air conditioner. Please make it easier to open/close the windows.

JJon EdwardWe stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price.
However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price.
