Hotel berhampiran Zibo Sports Center Stadium, Zibo

這次旅行一共住了三家酒店一家民宿，都是2024年開業的，就這家裝修味道最大！薰得我都想半夜退房換酒店。我是第一次住歡朋，本以為掛在希爾頓品牌下的，應該還可以，結果感覺真不怎麼樣。首先，我是帶着半大的孩子出來的，所以選擇的都是親子房或者家庭房。衹有這家的雙床是一張雙人床一張單人沙發床。其次，包括民宿在內，衹有這家的小冰箱裏空空的，都不説飲料是否付費，那是連有都沒有。櫃子上就3瓶560ml的景田飲用水。然後淋浴間的門居然沒有緩沖，每次關上的時候除非你小心翼翼的一直拉着門關閉它，否則就是咣噹的一聲。我就很好奇，這都是玻璃做的浴室用多久能因為這門給拍碎呢？在App上選房間的時候，看酒店提供的親子房間圖片有給孩子提供的腳凳，實際上也沒有。再然後，雙人床兩邊的牀頭櫃衹有一個有無線充（這是為單親出遊準備的房間？）。早餐因為時間安排問題沒有去吃，暫不知如何。總之，以後估計要是同級別酒店還有的選，我就不會再來這家了。要是所有歡朋酒店都是這樣的，那我不論到哪也衹能拿歡朋當最末的選擇了。

一家三口暑期入住豪華家庭房，房間非常好，寬敞乾淨，衞生間和浴室是分開的，乾濕分離，體驗很好，還有小孩子喜歡的小帳篷等元素，很貼心。寢具很舒服，旅遊在外休息的很好。服務的很到位，工作人員很熱情。酒店有健身房和洗衣房，功能十分齊全。總之，是一次很好的入住體驗。

My first stay at a Hampton again, since 19 years ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Staying at the Hampton in Zibo, Shandong was truly a most pleasant experience. Upon entering the foyer, we were well received by all staff present. We were politely greeted in English, and Ailsa assisted us with a prompt check in process. The facilities are well kept, and the Hotel is as good as new. Infact, it's one of the newest Hotels in Zibo, and everything is in immaculate order. We booked and stayed in one of the suites, and found the suite to be fairly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremly comfortable, from the mattress itself, to the bedding. Breakfast at the ”Hampton Restaurant” was excellent, as they have a huge variety of tasty dishes available. There are”Friendly staff” at the restaurant, and the facilities are immaculate. General Suggestions: I would suggest that the Hampton, provide additional drinking water. As they provided 2x bottles per room, per day, whereas the other hotels generally provide, at least 4x bottles per room, per day. Furthermore, I would suggest that the Hampton provide at least 2x rolls of toilet paper per day, as currently, only 1x roll is provided, per day (neighbouring hotels provide 2x rolls of toilet paper per day). (I doubt that there would be a significant cost implication in this regard). Note: There is a vending machine downstairs, which is convenient, should you require drinks or snacks. Other than these suggestions, we found the overall experience to be most pleasant. The checkout process was prompt and the staff at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Hampton Hotel in Zibo, to all travellers, foreign, and domestic.

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

I have said it before, and I will say it again, The Sheraton in Zibo, simply has no competition within Zibo. This Hotel is worthy of it's five star status. Surely, the first choice for a superb Valentine's Day experience, infact, the best place for any special occasion. It's quite obvious, that the facilities are the best in town (this is a fact, not merely an opinion). Nevertheless, you can have the best building, decorations and location, and it would be absolutely worthless, without good service. Fortunately, the service levels are exceptional, and we are always appreciative, of the team's efforts. Especially that of Owen (The Assistant Department Manager), in the front office. Owen, always goes the extra mile, to cater for our needs. Thank you the Maggie (Manager), for assisting with prompt Check in and Check out. On the restaurant's side, special thanks to Ben (Manager) for providing exceptional service. Thank you for meeting our special requests, and for making our experience memorable. As we were celebrating Valentines Day, we longed for something romantic, and special on this day. The Sheraton Zibo, did not dissapoint. The room was beautifully decorated, for the occasion. We can recommend the Sheraton Zibo to all visitors, be it business or leisure, when in Zibo, this is the best place to be. The hotel is located at a convenient location. It is not expensive and facilities are adequate for the money. No problems at all during the stay which is good enough for me. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel that is at the top, may be this one is not for you.

Very new and clean Hotel with excellent Hotel Staff Service, especially Ms Lucy Wan who is very friendly and professional who catered to all my requests. A hotel that I will return to stay again when I'm back in Zibo. Thank you Lucy

回京路上經過淄博，看了很多酒店，最後定在唐莊，最主要是有小童戲水樂園和室內外温泉。先説推薦的點：首先是戲水樂園和室內外温泉，確實不錯，我們週五到的，週日退房，在裏面玩的很盡興，小孩玩的特別開心，老二不到二歲也下了室內外的温泉；其次是汗蒸，二樓有大大小小的汗蒸房間，也有帳篷、格子小間，適合休息看書和下棋，還有自助餐和一個小型的海洋球樂園，這裏要特別表感謝一下汗蒸部的劉念姐，我帶孩子在海洋球區域不玩耍時不慎將手機弄丟，劉姐地毯式的搜尋幫我在海洋球裏找到了，當時我特別感動；還有就是有償的推拿服務，價格合適，比較推薦。最後是前台和客房，客房服務員盡職盡責，打電話需要飲用水或替換毛巾和汗蒸服之類的請求會迅速得到迴應，前台的小吳和小崔在我們入住當天就給我們打電話問什麼時候入住，退房的時候也給小孩們送了小禮物，很用心的服務。 下面説一些改進的點，也是朋友們去玩要注意的地方： 首先是有償的理療方面，温泉客人（大人好像是159元/10小時）如果購買了199的按摩服務是可以贈送10小時的房間，但住店客人不贈送，我認為是不合理的，為什麼要區別對待？這是我第一次住唐莊的酒店，確實攻略沒有做的很細緻，如果有要去的朋友如果玩三天兩晚的話建議訂一晚然後在14點退房後要一個199的按摩這樣能贈送10小時的房間；或者一開始就買温泉票，然後再要一個有償的按摩服務這樣也能得到10小時的房間，並以此類推。大家不要覺得我嬌情，請看第二點。 二是汗蒸部的自助餐方面。温泉客人（大人好像是159元/10小時），這10小時是可以無限暢飲自助餐的，住店客人可以免費使用温泉但不包含餐，這是訂房的時候已經説明過的，可以理解。但是我在購買了自助餐券（成人80元/人，孩子半價）時，上面明確寫着用餐時間2.5個小時， 我用餐後去汗蒸部休息了一下然後再去吃點水果，二樓自助餐的女工作人員表示不能再讓我進去了，而且還要幫我剪了用餐手環，並告知我不能吃了一頓又一頓，這還是在我的用餐時間內。所以我認為自助餐方面對住店客人不太友好，這就是為什麼我讓大家買温泉票不用住店的原因之一。還有最最重要的一點，二樓的自助餐人很多，有時會讓去一樓的餐廳吃飯，一樓和二樓的餐品質量是一個天上一個地下，大家注意一下。 三是二樓洗浴換衣服的地方。因我是第一次過來，帶着小孩玩水把衣服玩濕了我想進去給小孩拿個乾淨的汗蒸服，這樣回客房也不會着涼，但裏面的工作人員表示住店客人不能在這兒換，衹能讓温泉客人換，住店客人得讓去客房換，表示温泉客人的汗蒸服和住店客人的有區別。如果這是酒店的硬性規定那也能理解，但至少拿個毛巾包一下也可以吧，也不可以！ 所以我覺得在這些方面對住店客人不太友好，一晚將近700元的價格有些服務確實沒做到位，所以建議大家去買温泉票或者二合一結合一下。

酒店位置非常好，自己的庭院，停車特別方便，房間整潔乾淨，隔音也很好，這次住的榻榻米房間，睡得很舒服，兩個孩子都非常喜歡，早餐種類很多也很好吃，前台小孫還給我推薦了好吃的燒烤和告訴我怎麼去步行街，很貼心，下次來淄博一定還住這！

忍不住想給大家安利一個淄博周村的酒店 原計劃在淄博八大局周圍訂酒店的，各種連鎖我要的房型基本都滿了，要麼就是價位太高。繼續在攜程翻找，看到周村這個知味大飯店評價很好，旁邊還有一個周村商街，雖然沒有雙床房了，但是豪華大床房是個套房，客廳的中式沙發可以當做一個單人床，這樣我們一家四口就可以住下了。於是下單，給前台打電話，説清楚我們的情況，問詢是否可以把沙發變成床。不得不説山東人真的熱情又豪爽，前台直接説沒問題，等我們晚上進房間的時候看到床墊被褥直接已經給準備好了，還送了果盤[跳跳]酒店走廊也是非常有文化氣息的，也像是一個小型的當地歷史博物館，可以邊走邊看邊學習和了解當地的人文歷史！ 正常早餐自助58一位，我訂的房間是兩份早餐，這樣又有優惠，老二免費，再花58買一份就夠了。結果我們去前台買餐券的時候，前台直接送了我們一份（山東人真的熱情又豪爽+1）早餐種類非常多，且非常乾淨，當地的把子肉，煮鍋，煎餅都有，出去吃隨便一份都得10+吧？親眼看見煮麪和混沌的鍋裏撈出來一整衹雞，是真雞湯啊啊啊～～～衹覺得自己肚小，我家這羣土鼈在餐廳連吃帶玩座了近1個小時[囧] 比起連鎖酒店的刻板模式，城市裡的喧囂，我更喜歡這裏！小驚喜和小意外給這趟旅行畫上了圓滿的句號……
