Overall the aparthotel is quite a nice stay. Location not too far from the train station, about 8-12 mins walk. Nice layout and lighting in room. Bed is ok but can be better. No foc room cleaning below 7 days. With microwave and kettle for needed heating of food and water. Price wise, consider abit expensive..

The accommodation is modern and very clean. The location is great, close to a lot of places walking and also easy reach to public transport. The most impressive thing was the the lovely breakfast served in the room, which my 2 year old kid would look forward every morning. The staff was friendly and very competent. I couldn’t recommend them enough! If there was a small thing to say, would be to add roller blackouts in the bedroom’s window, they have windows blackout in the living room, but it would’ve been great to have the bedroom darker, however this is a really small thing compared to the outstanding service offered.

Die Atmosphäre in acasa ist sehr entspannt und friedlich. Als mein Freund und ich zum ersten mal dort waren, wollten wir nicht mehr von dort gehen. Die Zimmer wahren sehr schön und vorallem sehr sauber was ich sehr wert schezte. Das Personal wahr sehr nett und offen was dem allem noch das i tüpferchen gab. Mein Freund und ich sind uns sicher, dass das nicht das letzte mal sein wird und nächstes mal für eine längere Zeit buchen wollen.

This hotel is located in the western suburbs of Zurich, in a quiet residential area. Quiet that is during the night. In daytime, there are three busy construction sites around the hotel with one at the time of this writing being in the process of demolition. To be fair, in the cold season with the window closed it was hardly a problem. The floor-to-ceiling window takes up one whole wall of the room opening on a large terrace (my room was on the top floor). Should be great for enjoying balmy Zurich midsummer nights but hardly an asset in late fall (except for smokers). The glass door opening onto the terrace is big, does not tip and is not suited for room airing. I found the bed to be on a poor side, narrow and with a mattress that kept sliding off its box base. The pillow, on the other hand, was as good at gets, definitely an asset. The bedside light was not suited for reading in bed. Thumbs up for a secure internet. Shower room was basically fine but the shower cubicle a bit tight in the waist for me and the washbasin had an XS size. The wardrobe is awkwardly divided in such a way that the longer section turned out too short for hanging up an overcoat. A small worktable is set in a niche with the user blocking both daylight and the light from the ceiling lamp. There is no source of light in the niche proper. As this is an apartment hotel, there is a kitchenette with a small fridge, two hot plates and a microwave. For the use of cutlery, plates and pots there is a daily charge that adds up to about 25% of the room rate. The rate I got was all right, but just about, so no home-cooked spaghetti for me. The microwave though proved to be just great for heating ready meals obtained from the supermarket down the road. All in all, seems like a fair deal.

We are a family of 4 staying 3 nights, it didnt met our expectations, price was lower than Zurich average, so service was accordingly. - check in: we got the keys easily from the safe box as reception time is limited. we never get the chance to see them. You get an extra key for the safe and the wifi is good - the room was smaller than expected and the sofabed was not made into a bed, We had to make it ourselves - the toilet was small but clean, although the soap holder was falling a little water was running out of the shower. - we didnt cook at all but when making our final review of the room we opened the dishwasher to find some dirty cups from prior guests, this was disgusting. - floor below the bed was super dirty as well, some toy fell down and we had to dig into it . - tv was not working at all , we called to request fixing and they said they will call me back but they never did and tv never worked - we stayed here during summer so room was quite hot, there were some fans on the floor to compensate but it was very noisy - area is dodgy, on our way to central station we saw a couple of guys getting high, police arresting a guy for drugs and several ******s looking for customers, it raised a lot of questions on my 6 year old - we put the “clean my room “ tag each day but aside from taking out the trash and changing the towels ( which were hanged properly and didnt had to be changed ) nothing was done So if you want a room just to sleepover this is a good choice, do not expect more.

Great central location in Area called ENGE opposite station, trams and near supermarkets and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need incl dishwasher KETTLE, TOASTER and fridge and microwave and hob. VERY clean everywhere. Reception, Bar, cleaning and kitchen staff all friendly and helpful but the blonde man who sits in the dining room to register you for breakfast every morning was glum, unwelcoming, lazy and unfriendly. He sat there doing nothing when he should have been replenishing the jams and bread etc. Breakfast is same daily;- (lovely fresh bread), hard boiled cold egg, croissants, Bircher Muesli and 1/2 cereals plus whole apple or orange and drinks. Our appartment studio room was good value £700 for 5 nights 1st to 6th Feb 2024 but was very cramped. A fat person could not get into the bed as the side access was too small as was bedside cupboard. Not enough wardrobe space to hang clothes or floor space to move comfortably. The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday evening. Duvet too hot for room.
