While its a self service hotel.. we didnt felt welcomed by the restaurant staff. We were told to leave our bags in the luggage room but no help at all

酒店裡中央車站週五不到3分鐘，穿過車站就是商業區老城區和風景線。樓下就是酒吧餐廳，對面就是咖啡點心店。作為瑞士最貴城市的蘇黎世，交通這麼方便的酒店，這家的性價比非常高！

酒店沒有前台，要自行Check In
上房後，睇到浴室有水漬，USB 插頭用唔到，冇熱水煲供應，如要熱水自行取，另外Check Out自行放存行李，冇人看管，有啲不安。

Checking in was terrible. The worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Couldn’t contact anyone. If you’re an international traveller they don’t have what’s app and only want you to call them. The cafe staff where self check in initially didn’t even assist. It’s a shame as the room was great so was the location by the train station. Shower head was also broken. All round bad stay sadly what should have been a great one night stay.

Do not book this hotel. There's no one there, it's self check in and when there's a problem you have to go to another hotel. They are not helpful or empathic.

The check in process by your own is very inconvenient, computer is unreliable, lacks of sufficient personnel, shower lacks of curtain, thus shower area gets really wet, lavatory clogged, toilet paper was to be claimed at desk, r oom phone out of servive.

Great hotel location.
Small room space for the price.
Not enough light in the room even for a small space.
Pro of self checkin: quick & easy,
Con of self-check in: can’t request for additional coffee pods or cups.
Pillows should be upgraded.
Shower splatters all over.
Appreciate the Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner & hand & body soap.
Carpet in the hallways are outdated.

Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. It was priced well for how close it was to the train station and all the sights. Staff was all friendly and helpful, and the room was well equipped. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the very comfortable bed, and the soundproofing. It was also awesome to be able to use Netflix!
