No man operated hotel make a little confused when arrived. After that, just a good clean room in city center near the train station. No luggage storage after checkout. Recommend for solo travelers.

프런트가 친절했으며 짐 보관이 되었다는 리뷰가 많은데 셀프 체크인이였고 따라서 짐 보관도 불가했다 트립닷컴의 설명 어디에서도 그걸 찾기 힘들었다. 예상과 다른 점… 국가번호까지 해서 핸드폰 번호를 잘 적었음에도 셀프 체크인에 필요한 메시지는 오지 않았고 마침 중앙 출입구 문이 수리 중이였기에 들어가서 전화를 걸고 안내를 받을 수 있었지 아니였으면 문밖에서 별 방도 없이 나오거나 들어가는 사람을 기다렸다가 내선전화를 했을 수도 있을 거 같다. 여기 트릿닷컴에 적은정보가 호텔 체크인이랑 잘 연동이 되지 않는 거 같다. 이메일도 전화번호도 멋대로 써 있었다. 심지어 나는 중국인도 아닌데 중국 번호가 내 번호로 되어 있었음. 짐보관도 안 됐는데 체크인 시간에 가니 아직도 청소가 안 되어서 못 들어간다고 했다. 체크인 가능시간 1시간 30분 전도 후에나 들어간 거 같다. 4:30 넘어서? 그러나 죄송하다거나 하는 사과는 없었고 그냥 5분 기다려라 10분 기다려라 그게 다였다. 시간 지나서 왔는데 더 기다리라니 당황… 당황 포인트 -셀프체크인: 문자라도 잘 와서 온라인 키가 폰에 있었으면 그나마 다행… 난 문자도 못 받음 -체크인시간: 한참 지나서 도착했는데도 더 기다리라고;;; 좋은 점 -역과 가까움 - 언덕에있지만 트램과 가까움 -어쨋든 깨끗함 -조용한 편 -에어컨 잘 됨 -욕실 넓음

The staff at this hotel must have thought Fawlty Towers was a training video. We arrived after a 30 hour flight from Australia and a day wandering around Zurich waiting for 3pm check in. We had prepaid for 8 nights. When we pressed the buzzer we were greeted with "why haven't you checked in online?" The obvious answer was because we had no access to internet. Reluctantly, we were let in and we checked in via the tablet. When I had trouble scanning my passport, I phoned the help line and was told I should have stayed at a hotel with a reception. I then went through the process to get a key card but there were no keycards available because no one had topped up the supply of cards. Not the way to greet guests who have paid up front to stay at your "hotel" This is an establishment where guests are treated as an inconvenience. The terrace was full of ****s and the umbrella and chairs were broken. The fridge was not fit for purpose and took 2 days to chill drinks. There was no iron for guests to use, instead guests are advised that they have to use the drycleaner at the railway station.

The only thing is that it is located somewhere slightly uphill so if you are intending to walk from train station to the hotel with big luggages please be aware. Otherwise, hotel itself is nice and cozy. Equipped with small fridge, hair dryer, air-con, heater and towels. Should be enough for travelling.

One of the best stays I had on my 14-night trip. Fed hotel is clean and just “upstairs”’of the train station. Very convenient esp since we were faced with a train strike in Germany, so making enquirers was easy. Its proximity to the bus station also allowed us to manage the strike better than otherwise as we could rest in its lobby till it was time to catch the late night bus. To top it all, Marcelle at reception was excellent- he really anticipated our needs and did his utmost to make us comfortable. We will surely come back

This hotel is not providing receptionist service. That make this hotel impersonal. Being at the 1st floor, the room was not very well soundproofed. At the same time the cost per night stay high even if it is in Zurich city. Otherwise this hotel is closed to the city center which is well appreciated. During the trip we went in Basel and Luzern as well and the service was better for lower cost of night.

self check in super easy, tram station infront of hotel, quiet central, has (very) small balcony which was a plus!

Affordable price for the area, very clean updated room including a little balcony. Tram stop right outside. Free baggage lockers. No staff at all on site and you NEED your phone with Internet access for everything. A little more information on how to use the system would be great to have on site in case guests are new to it. The room and bedding was too warm for my liking, I would suggest more options to choose from as well as thicker pillows.

The place is nice and clean, plus comfy bed. Location is great too very close to town centre, 10 mins walk.
