Hotel di , Zurich

I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life. Today is Christmas Eve also the date of our check in at Five, in Zurich. When we arrived there was no one to help with our luggage or valet our vehicle. So we drove away from the front of the building and proceeded to park in public parking. We carry our three checked bags and our carry ons up a hill and all the way to the lobby, for the valet attendant to finally help us with our luggage and when I mean help I loaded in on the trolly and started pushing it and he kinda of just came and took over after I was already in the building and at the reception desk. After checking in we proceeded to our room, I went to get into the shower after a long day of travel and noticed the shower wasn’t draining and the bathroom was flooding. So we called and they said they were sending someone up. After about 45 minutes and three phone calls someone finally arrived. After they messed with the drain for 15 minutes they told us we needed a new room. So now we have to wait for someone to come and bring us to our new room as they requested. They told us they already check out the room/bathroom and everything was ok. Well it wasn't, this time the shower head was spraying water all over the ceiling and of course now they have to move us to a new room again. This all took about 3 hours which completely wasted our night and our Christmas Eve, I would expect that after all this they would at least would at least buy us a dinner or put us in a better room but nothing, not even a sorry from the front desk for this horrible inconvenience on Christmas Eve. They finally room they gave us didn’t even have conditioner or an outlet for the blow dryer for my fiancé to finally shower in the 3rd same level room.

Great stay as always with Accor. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. The personal in the reception is very helpful, especially the girl that I checked in with and Nena. I will definitely choose again this hotel when coming back.

Horrible place, horrible customer service. Don’t even try to contact them on a weekend as they do not answer the phone nor messages. Don’t book if you don’t want to lose your money. There are much better options in Zurich than these scammers.

地點很好，算是靠近市中心，而且有公共電車站在附近 但我們是自駕遊這邊就沒有付費的大型公共停車場，手機地圖上顯示的所謂停車場，都是私人的或者是超市的，總之超市一關門他就不給你泊。付款都不給付款都不給。但也有辦法就是找街道上面的白色地線咪錶．可以免費泊到早上九時，才再續兩個小時。總之如果開車過來的不要像我們暴走找公共停車場在這區你怎麼都找不到的，放在街上吧 住的地方沒有得挑剔，還有一個可愛的小露台就是研究怎樣把鐵的窗簾打開花了一段時間，原來那個開關掣竟然在一個木架的背面，而不是在窗邊的 清潔度高，空間很大，櫥櫃很漂亮，還配備洗碗碟機這樣很方便這是我們煮晚飯，什麼都好好，如果要挑剔就是兩個煮食的鍋都不太能用，希望在這些小東西完成一下，那就完美了，下次再過來蘇黎世我都會住這間，因為辦理入住簡單他會給你一個密碼在門口按密碼鎖匙就掉下來，而且大門口有鎖，整座都是它家感覺比較安全，也有電梯不用擔心行李。但最後一日我都要離開這個公寓搬到酒店，因為他是沒有寄存行李的

Sarapan paginya hebat dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Kerana saya tinggal di Switzerland, saya telah tinggal di banyak hotel. Ini adalah yang paling kos efektif. Pengangkutan adalah mudah. Anda boleh pergi terus ke hotel dengan bas No. 13 dari stesen kereta api. Amat disyorkan.

Let’s start with the good things. The apartment was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. Well equipped with the kitchen and appliances. But unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. We were travelling as a family so we booked two studio apartments but the apartments were at two very different floors. The room was really really hot with no air conditioning. They did provide a fan which was not good at all. We requested for an extra fan but they didn’t provide that and because of heat we couldn’t sleep at all. They do have a parking but one needs to pay extra for the parking which is quite expensive. We paid 80 euros for 3 days but even then sometimes our parking spot was taken by the others. Even after paying this much amount, one is always under stress because of your spot is taken by someone else and you’ve parked somewhere else then there’s a possibility of getting your car towed away. We had to make multiple calls to the service office as they don’t have any service counter. One needs to make calls(not cost effective at all) or communicate through the email to get in touch with them which is very inconvenient. Also they didn’t offer cleaning services even once during our stay. Also they don’t have any house shoes in the apartment. So if you have any other option then please go for it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there especially in summer months.

Buena atención en el check in. Situado en zona tranquila. Si te gusta conocer una ciudad andando, en 30 minutos más o menos estás en la zona más turística. Habitación tamaño correcto, limpia, cama cómoda. En caso de lluvia hay disponibilidad de paraguas. Paredes finas es la única crítica, aunque la zona y el ambiente en el hotel es tranquilo. Menú buffet muy bueno y 2 camareras muy atentas con los clientes y en reponer cualquier alimento o bebida antes de que se agote.
