The location was good, however, the bed cover was not really comfortable and does not seem clean.
Also, when I open the door of room, the bathroom comes first. Which means you have to pass by bathroom to go to your room.

The location was easy to find and access. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite small for two adults carrying two large suitcases, and it was quite hard to fully open both in the room simultaneously. Overall, it was still great.

We came with two young kids and stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect! First of all, the location of the hotel cannot get any better - short walking distance from the train station, right in the center of the city, close to all types of public transport, and we were very pleasantly surprised to discovered that it is just across the street from a nice little cinema.
The service was excellent. We came a little early, before our room was ready, but had free ice-cream in the lobby to keep us refreshed as we waited. The room was very spacious (although rather hot, despite the air-conditioning), and the breakfast was excellent.
We would definitely return.

Very good location,ambient,typical local,room original with painting historique parts of the city.Clean.Good beds.
Our room 105 very bad connection internet nowadays easy solving problem but i am not the owner.I can not understand that free roaming still not excist in Swiss while it is possible everywhere in Europe.

Very clean and neat hotel. Great location. Convenient to old town. Made to order eggs including omelets,were a pleasant breakfast surprise. Glass walls of bathroom are a little strange, take some getting used to. Easy to visit with the staff for any needs.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Zurich HB. Breakfast was included in the price. Spread was just right. Family room was a decent size. No kettle but was given one upon request. Will definitely book again

LLa_MimiSo first: This is a serviced apartment. It is very spacious, has a kitchen (25 francs a day if you use it), a nice saloon and also a washing machine (free). It is also in a good location and everything is clean.
The negative side was that in the bathroom there was no ventilation, so after showering it wouldn't smell good and I needed to close the door.
I would try another hotel next time, just to try, but I still fully recommend this hotel. It's really near the train station and the tram station!

Bilik ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap dan dalam keadaan kesihatan yang baik. Terdapat ketuhar gelombang mikro dan periuk aruhan, jadi walaupun restoran biasanya ditutup semasa cuti Krismas, anda tidak perlu risau tentang kehabisan makanan.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is RIGHT IN FRONT of the main Central Train station. Behind the hotel is the shopping belt and the old town where you can walk to see the various architectural buildings.
The staff there were helpful especially in the early morning getting me a taxi to the airport.
Cleaning staff replenishes the toiletries daily without fail.
Is a great hotel location and place to stay in Zurich.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHelvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably clean—even the shower screen was nearly spotless.
The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel.
The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers.
Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich.

EeM.MReally good place, well located - close to Europaalee. The hotel was nice, with really kind personnel. Clean, quiet, good price for this quality. The hotel also has an option to use underground parking space in a building close to the hotel, however if you stay for Sunday, you can easily find a parking spot close to the hotel as well.

但我們是自駕遊這邊就沒有付費的大型公共停車場，手機地圖上顯示的所謂停車場，都是私人的或者是超市的，總之超市一關門他就不給你泊。付款都不給付款都不給。但也有辦法就是找街道上面的白色地線咪錶．可以免費泊到早上九時，才再續兩個小時。總之如果開車過來的不要像我們暴走找公共停車場在這區你怎麼都找不到的，放在街上吧
住的地方沒有得挑剔，還有一個可愛的小露台就是研究怎樣把鐵的窗簾打開花了一段時間，原來那個開關掣竟然在一個木架的背面，而不是在窗邊的
清潔度高，空間很大，櫥櫃很漂亮，還配備洗碗碟機這樣很方便這是我們煮晚飯，什麼都好好，如果要挑剔就是兩個煮食的鍋都不太能用，希望在這些小東西完成一下，那就完美了，下次再過來蘇黎世我都會住這間，因為辦理入住簡單他會給你一個密碼在門口按密碼鎖匙就掉下來，而且大門口有鎖，整座都是它家感覺比較安全，也有電梯不用擔心行李。但最後一日我都要離開這個公寓搬到酒店，因為他是沒有寄存行李的

No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.
